Mix up your black dress, but also consider getting yourself a little gray dress too. Your coloring is so light. I bet you'd look good in gray or a lighter neutral.
I just saw a you tube about the earasaid, the female version of the great kilt. Check it out... it would be a great way to wear your giant rectangular scarf... and totally different from your other scarf arrangements.
