    grabe naman kamahal yan ni wala pang development, dinaig p ang presyu ng lupa sa may san juan batangas, kung mbaba presyu nyan bka mabili n yan agad saka d nmn beach front para presyuhan ng ganyan kamahal, sobrang mahal.
