Try this and let me know how you feel. I have been doing something that has been helping a lot. Whenever I get anxiety, angry frustrated, any low vibration feeling or thought I breath that shit into my heart centre. It transmutes the thought and doesn’t seem to come back. It’s helping me hold my vibration higher and I believe that’s where manifestation will come from. Much love

Then it’s a spiral energy to call our power back from that ‘thing in the way’. Small tweaks to how we think and perceive life compound immensely over time. 🙏✨

I'm sure your message is well intended, but I am turning it off 3 minutes in because the music in the background is mechanical and rapid, so it's stressful to the human nervous system. It feels counterproductive to a stressed nervous system to make it more stressed. Sound, after all, is a viscerally felt frequency influence, thus one of the most powerful influences on biological systems. So many of us are increasingly sensitive to energies these days, which is good, but we must make adjustments such as turning off good information sometimes because of how the overall effect is hitting our systems. Wish you success, however! (P.S. You might also consider that increasing percentages of people are being born with ADHD brain types, which means - among 13 other issues - having trouble discerning foreground from background sounds. Even making out what is being said, the conversation at the table, in a restaurant where there is music can be difficult. So removing music altogether and just relying on your caring and gentle voice could benefit even more people, reach more of them with your message. At least the music in your video isn't loud, so that will help. You just have a wonderful voice as is, it can act as a carrier wave. And doesn't need mood music to embellish it.)
@@falconbritt5461 I feel you. The music was added because my kids are having an argument in the background. Never my intention to cause harm here. My intention is to serve in the highest good of all. Our triggers are to be observed and learned from. This is how we can alchemize.
