If you deny a WILD animal it’s freedom and take it away from the mother it is literally attached to 24/7 for the first few months of its life, keep it in a totally inappropriate unnatural indoor captive evironment and subject it to horribly traumatic cruelty like shaving its fur and baths that look more like water torture it’s going to become disturbed!!! They are NOT needy! It’s instinctual for them to cling to their mother so they grow and develop properly!! People like this stop that from happening and then they subject them to twisted and deranged inhumane abuse all for purely selfish reasons!! You and they should be ashamed!!

Your baby monkey . . . Bin . . . is so tiny -- what a cutie pie he is. I don't think there is anything wrong in trimming Bin's fur when the weather is hot. I do . . . however . . . think that a diaper rash is cruel and totally avoidable. Baby Bin's diaper rash is horrendous . . . his little butt is beet red . . . it could have been avoided had his adoptive monkey parents checked and/or changed his diaper more often. Also . . . it is not good to put clothes and/or a diaper . . . if you had done so . . . on a baby monkey when their fur is still damp.

What does "nice and clean" have to do with a diaper rash? Trimming fur is ok when the weather is hot. It is even fine in the cold months just as long as you make sure that Monkey Bin is dressed warmly. What is not acceptable is a raw looking . . . extremely red backside.
