@autohmae You are right. 7zip is open source. I don't know why people use paid winrar. It's totally depend on users. But you know that you can use winrar both for free and paid. By the way, I think windows already has zip feature, so they should add the rar feature to their system.
@@rahadchowdhury microsoft is actually working on adding more types of encryption as we speak. But I've always found he windows explore zip features to be slow and far to often lead to crashes of windows explorer.
