That particular siren has been shut off for a bit now. There’s no way the siren could go off when it’s shut off, unless someone switched to switch to “ON”
This error is most likely due to a fault phone lines that were installed on these sirens over 40 years ago. They were leased. These sirens were deactivated a few years ago but were never shut off completely leaving them still connected to power. Unfortunately the phone lines kept the sirens on for hours until someone most likely cut the power to the siren entirely. This could have been avoided by cutting the power to the sirens when they were originally deactivated.
