The founding fathers of the Indian Constitution were aware of the fact that an Independent Indian State was going to face many challenges. After colonial rule for almost two hundred years, the country was left with widespread poverty, hunger and with deep rooted socio-economic inequalities. The framers of the Constitution felt that certain policy directions, guidelines or instructions for the governance of the country were required to handle these problems. Legislatures, executive and administration of Independent India were expected to exercise their powers in accordance with the direction and guidelines given in this part of the Constitution. Directive Principles are certain ideals, particularly aiming at socio-economic justice, which according to the framers of the Constitution, Indian State should strive for.

DPSPs under part IV of the Indian Constitution. The articles dealt with these are from 36 with definition of state to 51. These are the positive obligations on the state and these are not enforceable in the court of law. 🌸🌺

Dpsps are not legally forceable . Its objective is the welfare of state . Dpsps are take from Irish constitution but its origin is Spanish constitution. Dpsps are in part 4 of Indian constitution from article 36- 51. These are divided into 3 parts
1 socialistic principles
2 Gandhian principles
3 liberal intellectual principles
Dpsps and fundamental rights go hand in hand
Dpsps give moral responsibility to the government

these directive principles though they were not justifiable in court they we justifiable by people during the election time. DPSP and FR they were correlated to protect individual rights, for instance Right to Equality (art14) albeit it is justifiable by court it doesn't resembles sense without DPSP involvement art38 art 39 which protects standard life,livelihood, socio-economic equity
even the apex court judgment that FR and DPSP are supplement with each other

Cannot change the "Basic Structure" of the Constitution?
Is it the law of the nature or what that cannot change?
Everyday I see joke made out of the constitution by all sorts of people. I seek justice for people of Bharat getting terrorised in every part of the Rastra in the hands of the so called keepers of the law of the constitution and the mobs doing their own justice with stones and orchestrated acts of terror.
Stop state discrimination of groups of people on the basis of so called "Caste", "Religion" and ethnicity.
Every act of injustice must be answered by the State and for that to happen if every word of the constitution should be changed then it must be changed.
