- The US Congress passed a sweeping $95 billion foreign aid package on April 23 following months of delay. The Senate approved four bills passed by the House of Representatives by 79 to 18. The package clears the way for fresh funding for Ukraine amid advances from Russia and Kyiv's shortages of military supplies. The package was passed after the House Republicans switched course to allow a vote on the military aid for Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan and US partners in the Indo-Pacific. Germany hasn't even successfully restarted manufacturing operations after switching from Russian to freedom gas, and it's been 2 years. And India is also Russia's ally. In addition: you will run into quality control issues in a third world country like India, which has a fraction of China's manufacturing capacity and so the best companies won't be able to meet the demand at least for a few years.
Meanwhile China takes revenge by making millions of shells a week and transports them across a very short trading route, and probably sends soldiers to assist the Russians and to gain battlefield experience.
If Russia didn't have the capacity to take on the entire Europe by themselves, they would surely have it with China's full support.
