Are you a consistent dice shooter? How about a video of you with a couple hundred rolls and some statistical analysis showing a roll pattern significantly different from random.
Been playing craps for 45 years. I’ve seen many dice setters. Some have had good rolls and others not. Have seen some monster rolls from random shooters. My belief is that if there is any edge it is minuscule. Good luck to all!
What I think of most is that none of a dicesetters influence can be proven ..It's all just talking.Funny thing is I believe if dicesetting makes person fell better shooting than MORE POWER TO HIM. OR HER...
I see some of the viewers think this is a joke. Let them keep losing. Great video and you covered the important factors that make a great shooter. And setting the dice does not slow the game down. It takes 2 seconds to set them, unless you're blind.
My first time rolling this weekend, the 6's on top and 5's facing you had me on a 32 game roll. No one believed me when I said it was my first time ever rolling
I've shot craps for the last 15 years off and on. For the last few years I've had a casino 10 miles from my house. Going more often showed me what a lousy shooter I was. Without seeing any video I did what I just saw and tried to develop a routine. I do a quick set with numbers I like, shoot from where I'm comfortable, throw the dice softly into the wall without hitting any chips other obstacles. I've found a routine that has definitely improved my results. Just nailed an All, Tall and Small in Vegas (1st time ever betting it!) last week for $2100. Einstein once said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." It works for me. Very good video $5 yo. Thanks.
I’m watching this for the first time. Been playing for years and you’re correct stay consistent with your throw. I can control the dice for 30 minutes doing just what you said. Anyone who disagrees is a hater or probably works for a casino
all about muscle memory and totally eliminating wild dice caroms that hit the back wall too hard spin on access and/or hit chips. I'm with you 100%. Been playing 30yrs and have seen way too many consistencies while analyzing the way players roll for everything to be totally random. It's only totally random when a newbie takes the dice and slings them wildly down the table.
The day you can point me to a person that can accurately call out the number they are going to roll with any kind of believable accuracy. Let me know… Too many pointed diamonds on the back of that wall to be able to suggest that anybody can hit the back of the wall in the exact same spot on the exact same diamond with the exact same velocity at the exact same angle with not one but both dice every time? I guess you just gonna have to call me a hater lol. But the thing I am hating isn’t your amazing ability to “control” two cubes with different numbers on each side of them. It is the fact that somebody actually pretends that they can do so.
@@matthewward5813 Just another loser loud mouth who’s mad at others for succeeding. I love dudes like you at the table they bet against me at first and then when they leave broke and stupid. Glorious
LOL If you can consistently roll dice for 30 minutes you must be a multi millionaire.. or actually a billionaire!! Wow. Where are you rolling so I can come and guarantee myself a fortune? Also where are all the videos online if people rolling for 30 minutes on command? I'd love to see them!
I used to always lose, but now that I know my fingers were just sticky I am going to wash my hands and throw my life savings on the table. Thank you, internet craps guy!
This is a very helpful video. I agree with the consistency on how you roll every single time. I was on my 26th roll i got out of rhythm, and rolled a 7 immediately after that. Great Video.
I saw a guy on a show called Beating Vegas where a guy practiced his dice throwing and he could roll 50 times without rolling a 7! That is good to know since you can adjust your bets accordingly. Needless to say, the guy who ran the game was told by the supervisor to interfere with his streak rolling and he tried to by stopping him from rolling a couple times. But it didn’t work, Remember You control the roll and the Dice when they are in your Hands! And Not the Operator! They can’t stand that but that’s tough! The House wins enough money they don’t have to win everything! I have NO sympathy for the House!
D RolyPolyMan: I've rolled out about 30 throws without any adjustments. It's called... wait for it.... random probability. Let see someone do a video, 3rd party verified, where they roll 50 shots, then another 50. Poppycock!
Tip #1- If you want to win gambling, only gamble when you've had a good day. If you stepped in dog poop that morning, dont gamble, if you argued with your spouse(SO), dont gamble, if you argued with the boss that day, dont gamble. Tip #2- There is no system that works regularly other than gambling when in a happy mindset. No matter what anyone says.
First time I played craps I brought a date. Dice came to her and as she shook them in her hand like she was playing Yahtzee. Eyes were rolling and one dude left. She threw 29 winners in a row
Same exact thing happened to me this past weekend in Vegas… bunch of “setters” doing a whole lot of nothing then two girls back to back shaking the dice like they were playing monopoly hit about 10+ rolls each making me a nice profit. Watched multiple of these people who think they can control the throw lose hundreds 😂
I agree with much of what you're saying here. Especially about the sticky fingers and land mines. I even tried to put a little bit of baby powder in my pocket. Using the box cars on top and the hard 10 facing me. I had a 20-minute roll at the Horseshoe 30 years ago. There was a smooth area above the gate on the back wall. The table was not very long. I was shooting from the opposite end of the table. This particular dice set I used to produce field numbers. My throwing style was different than most and a little rough on my shoulder. Using 2 fingers on the top front of the dice and my thumb in the middle of the rear. I put a small split between the dice. I would use what I call an overhand throw meaning, I would try to get the dice rolling forward as they left my fingers. Object was to get the dice to separate on landing so as not to interfere with each other. This dice set will produce a large number of sevens. But because of my throwing style, they were avoided or only came up during the come out. This part was luck.
We had guys do this at the table last night. Some of them were done in 5 min! My wife whose never played in her life rolled for an hour 😁❤🔥🔥🔥so it doesn't matter how you roll them. Just keep them on the table and hit the back wall. We made a nice junk of change
Bingo! Was in Vegas this past week and the two people I witnessed with the longest time rolling were two girls shaking the dice in their hand like they were playing monopoly. It’s pure luck
I've been playing craps for about 10 years now. After I watched this video I am a believer. I set mine 3 and 3 facing up. The last time I rolled I held the dice for nearly 45 minutes. I was like Woody Harrelson in white men can't jump " am in the zone" it's so true positive vibes and zero distractions make a difference.
The point of Dice Control isn't to roll specific numbers (which is very improbable and the reason a lot of people say dice control does not really work), The point of DC is to eliminate at least one 7 from the random roll. In other words, on a random roll, out of 36 rolls, the 7 rolls six times, the 6 and 8 five times and so on. If by using DC, you are able to change the odds so that you are rolling five 7's out of 36 rolls, then that gives you a HUGE advantage over the casino. That is the theory anyway and I don't think that gets explained very well (if at all) in these videos.
Nonsense - pure and simple. Consider this: If you throw 1 die. Can you predict throw it as to hit the same number each time? No of course not. To do that you would have to throw it from the EXACT same location, raise it to the EXACT height, throw it with the EXACT trajectory, with the same EXACT velocity and hit the table at the EXACT height. Now, why do I say 1 die? Now you have to do it with two dice EXACTLY the same. It doesn't matter what your first die is, actually mathematically to hit the 7. This is because every dice throw can hit the seven. So you can mathematically play the same odds with 1 die. By playing with two it compounds the randomness. Not that you need it. If you believe otherwise, you are believing mysterious mumbo jumbo.
Yes yes i love it!! that's how I shoot and I be hitting bonuses!! I love getting a table to myself but after shooting for 15 minutes I get a good crowd at the table .. that's when I leave cause it takes to long to get dice back. Would to catch a table with you and tear up the casino
I was on a 19-roll streak before I crapped playing at Treasure Island many years ago. Helluva roll that day. Never been able to duplicate that since. It's all lady luck in my book.
You say it’s all Lady Luck and you have never been able to duplicate that 19 roll. I set dice and shoot over 19 all the time. You still think it’s luck. I have literally been on the table chips taking you all the room, setting the dice, as a woman tells me, ‘well, it’s all random right?’ Yeah when you guys throw it is, I tell them you would think you’d at least emulate someone you see being successful and wining money. But they don’t And I don’t care 🤷🏻♂️ lol I go to my free penthouse and enjoy my money and life, I learned about dice setting from watching someone win with it and emulation. Not that hard
that second key element... in my very short time of trying to learn this craps game... so true.. you can roll 18 times, but the one time a finger is a little sticky or damp, well you can feel the dice rotating to a seven on the tip of your fingers, and confirm it after the throw. only played a few hours (low enough to be a 2 handfuls) already noticed this. get on a roll and 1 dice get a little stuck and crpas, yeah crpas. liked the vid so i liked the vid
a tip you didn't include, i always exhale before shooting, did the same before serving when i played tennis, it helps me be sure i'm balanced, it helps me settle down if i'm on a really long roll, too much excitement can create a random roll, no guarantee in shooting....but anything to keep that one number from being rolled
@@solj5768 i hit the 4 bet fire bet 5 times and I hit the 5 bet fire bet 2 times and finally I hit the 6 bet fire bet and 3 more winning numbers after hitting the 6 fire bet winner and was mob by happy well wishers and the Casino told me that no one has ever hit 9 winning numbers not to mention the numbers that I had to hit more than once to complete the fire bet
I've been playing blackjack pretty much for 30 40 years and I'm looking for some craps videos, and your video look very professional and I might try that system thank you
Nice video. Trying for long rolls is nice, but I prefer to bet on the short run. Can you do a betting strategy video? I like to place bets on inside numbers and after hitting 2 I shut off the bets. I do this on each shooter, so after your first orbit you are on casino money. 2nd orbit I place bet both inside and outside and again, shut off after 2 wins. 3rd orbit same routine put use 2 wins to place odds. 4 th orbit I have a good sense of which shooters are better and bet accordingly, if they are good I stay for 3 wins and press, mediocre 2 wins or some times 2 rolls. This way i can find the hot shooters on the casinos money, not mine. Great work!😎👍
I use your 8 key ways, and get a handful of smal and tall bonus wins. One dealer said I should go professional with my game. I find is to know the table surface you are throwing on, feel the surface mat for any change in the feel and avoid those areas when you send the dice down the bowl. Change when you feel the need.
I go to golden nugget in lake Charles Louisiana once a week for the last month and an Asian guy hits all numbers with several hard ways so I bet a lot when he rolls
About 20 years ago I shared this method with my brother-in-law who happened to be a world-class statistical engineer. I'm not exaggerating. He laughed his educated ass off. We had some good laughs tearing this idea to pieces. I said what the hell let's try it at a local casino. He said well, you try it you are the one that's been practicing it. I said ok but I knew he enjoyed playing dice. He was extremely skeptical and when my turn came with the die, I could see him snickering. Well, to make a long story short, I rolled so many 6-8’s he stopped laughing and started placing the 6-8 and stacking chips. We both were shocked. It was the most $$$ we had ever come from a casino with. He never credited it to the toss method. He insisted it was metaphysical or a function of self-confidence. He had done many experiments with random events with positive vs negative environments and he was convinced it was a function of belief and not technic. But all I know is it worked. We were laughing so hard at the table they stopped the game a couple of times and change the dice about 3 times.
I like your story. I've been playing craps for 30yrs. Like any casino game there's chance and luck involved. However, I like what this video touched on when it said "put your fate in your own hands".........its not a coincidence that when someone who wings the dice and doesn't know how to get a good roll, 7's out fast. Its no coincidence that when a roll takes a funky bounce off the back wall and hits a stack of chips that a 7 is highly likely. I've seen so many players in my time that arrange "set" the dice and throw them like they have their own technique and know what works. Yes these players 7 out fast at times like everyone else, but they go on longer rolls a higher percentage of the time. I also don't believe its coincidence that some people hit hard-ways out the ass for some reason and some people just roll a bunch of craps, a few 10's an 11 and then 7 out.........all that said, it 100% has to be how the dice are rolling after they leave the shooters hand. And with that said, how can one believe that there's no possible technique to be applied to get numbers to come in???? What I do believe is a bunch of b.s. is how people turn their #'s off after stick change, just ready for a 7 to come in. Of course we all remember how many 7outs come in after a stick change. Why does this happen? not because changing stick forces a 7 like some supernatural occurrence, but because with all the people that come and go casually in Vegas, AC, etc etc, how many of them really properly know how to throw the dice???
@@albie21121 There is certainly a lot of supersition within the game. I like focusing on statistical patterns. For example, the probability of 'not' tossing a 7 is about 83% each roll. So, what's the probabily of 'not' tossing a 7 within 3 rolls. Well, the probibility of the third event is the probibility of the 1st event times the probibility of the second event times the proability of the 3rd event or (.83 X .83 X .83) or 57%. So when you realize almost 50% of shooters toss a 7 within 3 rolls, you realize how frequently the 7 actually occurs in the game and why the game is so difficult. On normal distribution a 7 should roll every 6th roll. So, when you see 12 or 15 rolls without a 7, it's important to understand how statistically rare that event is. That's (.83 to the 12 th power) a very small percentage. For it to happen just once as the dice rotate completely around the table is somewhat rare.
@@whippet71 I never looked at it that way nor have I paid attention to the amount of rolls w.o. a 7. Next time I'm down I will keep count. I was down yest. I walked up to an empty table which I usually don't like, but the flip side is I got to be the only roller for a bit. I had a monster 1st roll, then the table went from ghost town to totally filled in. I was rolling for about 45mins and hit a shit ton of 6's and 8's mostly soft and made alot of points. I hit small/tall twice and was a aces away from a make em all once but didn't come in. I wish I would have counted the rolls before a 7 including the come out. Even though I never put your theory here in play with counting rolls, I do happen to believe that whenever a 7 is rolled during come out, that's a great sign and I go big. If you get 2 or 3 seven's in a row come out, I go huge. later in the day I went on another monster roll, only for about 15mins, but was hitting alot of inside #'s for a good payout. I didn't count, but I can tell you I def had well over 15rolls w.o. a 7.
@@albie21121 I call it 'distance from the 7'. Remember the norm is 6 rolls. Remeber only 32% of rollers will actually roll the dice 6 times without a 7. The frequency of the 7 is every 6 th roll. If you roll 45 times (assuming you rolled once every minute) without a 7 you are 7.5 standard dev from the 7's normanl distribution. This is an extremely rare event. We've all done it and have seen it done. Nevertheless, this 45 roll event will happen about every 100+ rollers. If ten people are at the table the dice will orbit the table 8-12 times before you see 45 rolls without a 7. Assuming one roll per minute, this is on average 10 hours of dice rolling. I've noticed after this type event you will see a clusters of 7's rolled. This is regression to the mean. In other words, you owe the table 7.5 more - 7's to normalize the distribution or balance the table. I'm not implying you'll see 7 or 8, 7's in a row, but often times you will see a higher than the normal distribution of 7's. Side bar, one easy way to track distance from the 7 is with your chip stack in the rail. For example, use a white chip each time the table rolls a number that is not a 7 and a red chip each time the table rolls a 7. You will have a snapshot of the frequency or distance from the 7 by looking at your chips on the rail. Also, rembember half the time the dice roll it's an even number and half the time the dice roll its an odd number. Also, half the time the dice roll its an inside point 5,6,8,9 or a 2,3,4,10,11,12. Also, half the time the dice roll the number is above 7 and half the time the dice roll the number is below 7. Now, you have three 50-50 events that will chart an Elliot Wave. Two waves out of balace will point to the third wave. Google Elliot Wave, any 50-50 probability will create an Elliot Wave charted over time. If you don't believe me, just take a quarter and chart the flips. One more thing while I'm rattling on. . . each number has a sister number except the 7. Here they are 2-12, 3-11,4-10,5-9, 6-8. If the normal distribution of the 4 is laging for example the 10 will be at a higher frequency of occurance. If the normal frequency of the 6 is laging the 8 will be at a higher frequency. I charted this 1,000 times on a pyrimid distribution. I have no idea statictically why this happens but it does. The pyrimid chart should complete 95% of the time after 72 rolls. However, it doesn't because there is always a number that lags. However, everytime the a number lags it's sister number exceeds it's frequency.
Just learn your six "Master sets" and the inside axis numbers. The inline 6 set ( shown in photo) gives the shooter four ways for the seven 1/6-6/1/-2/5-5/2 which is 25% ( 4/16 combinations) There are other sets that only give you two ways for the seven and that is only 12.5% for the seven. ( 2/16 combinations) Good luck at the tables. 🧐
@@kristianmopsticc2887 Not true at all. That's what the back wall is for. Those who toss dice legally--no matter how--face the randomness it creates. Those that cheat, well, there's a way to handle them, too.
I found a way to roll that works very well, always be at the end of the table, I've noticed I roll ten and eleven more frequently with the way I roll. People who think it's all luck don't understand, the way you pick up the dice has just as much an effect on the result as the way the dice hit the table and wall, you can't perfectly throw them but you can increase your odds if you pay attention to dice control.
Your dice hitting chips is the worst. I like cold tables because once people find out that you’re shooting hot they will put piles of chips in your way. This happened to me in Vegas. I was up $3k and this lady and her husband told everybody “I was doing a good job”. Table got flooded I went to another one and people followed me to that one
There was this roller who was highly skilled in dice control. He rolled for over an hour, making people a lot of money. Word got out about his prowess. Next time he was at the table people remembered him and huge bets were made by everyone. He point sevened out every time the dice was pushed to him.
That’s one thing about “dice control”. It’s usually consistent so when it’s point out like that, that person need to change the dice setting. But, most are stubborn and thought things will turn for the better…..not the case.
I just got back from a casino this weekend, I wasn't random shooting (5 & 5 on the top) but I was hitting the back wall, rolled 53 in a row before I sevened out.. I won a fair amount of money, the table won a shitload of money from my roll, one guy gave me 50 bucks, another guy gave me his wife for the night!
@@chanchanchanchanchan Someone at the table gavr me $50 at the Palms 2 months ago. I rolled for 40 minutes and made the bonus bet paying 150 to 1. Two guys bet $5.
I got tipped $75 for throwing a hard 8, he had a $100 on it. That was at least a 45 minute run. 5s up 1s back, pretty consistent throws. People who say BS all random need to about a baseball pitcher!
Distractions will kill you. Thirty years ago I was in Atlantic City rolling the dice after a poker tournament. Two in the morning and I am on a roll. Started with $135 across and soon enough I had $2700 across with some pretty good presses. Now while I am about to roll a little old lady comes up to our table (we have three people at the table, so the dice move quickly) and throws $100 bill on the table. The stick stops me from rolling and gives her $100 in chips. She doesn't bet but she takes the chips and walks away from the table. I look at the dealers and they just shrug their shoulders. I call all my bets off roll the obligatory seven and take all my chips (about $8500 as I started with $300) to the cashier. Anyone want to guess if I tipped? Distractions are a killer, and the dealers are not always looking out for you as a shooter. Best advice is to be observant of what is going on at the table.
dude you gotta be careful telling stories like this one. I'm but an 18 year old lad and you just put this damn thing into my head. sitting down, playing some games and turning 300 into 8500 sounds like a killer night
@@jakelavaclaw2759 My only advice is to press up on a hot table. Seems obvious to me now, but years ago on a trip to Tunica with my wife, I played craps for the first time ever. Got lucky and stood next to a friendly guy that was willing to share some knowledge. Bought in but didn't do well at that table. Later I bought in at what would be the hottest table I have ever seen and haven't seen since. Beginners luck might just be real. lol. Don't remember how long I was there, but I took my $100 buy-in up to about $1200. If I had known then what I know now, I could've walked away with at least 5k or more because I wasn't pressing or betting very high. It's a fun game and you can win big, but you have to play smart and know the table. Sometimes I just break even, and that's a win in my book.
You didn't tip because you're an asshole. Not because the dealers are "against you." They work for tips. Sometimes people buy in the middle of a roll. If you perceive that as the dealers' fault, you're just an idiot.
I like how you note the hazards, or factors, that contribute to more randomness than predictability. However, I am solely watching this to help with rolling dice for tabletop games. That means, I can’t toss dice far on the table because that’s rude and I can accidentally hit players, and that it can appear obvious to the other players. So I have to craft a way that incorporates your strategies for a smaller landing pad, and short distance rolls. In short, I aim to always roll 6s on my dies. Now how do I roll 8s, 10s, and 20s is gonna be a doozy.
but if your advice actually had an impact, wouldn't you always have gigantic runs like this? not just taking about the one time? when it's just one time it simply is the odds of the dice...
Was having the best roll of my life.. rolled for around 45 min, multiple points, and was one number off to hit the fire bet (10). During my second to last roll I heard the table POP. I ended up hitting another point that roll. Pit boss stopped play and did a chip count. Established the point and crapped out first roll. It makes you think
It depends on your luck too. SOmeday you do good, other day you hit crap every second roll. But try to hide all 7-combination is the key. And keep the speed and consistency of your throw.
Well, I can't make anyone any $$ now. After finally finding my comfort zone and 5 smoking hot rolls of the dice, my streak has been obstructed by this pandemic. Your style matches what I was already evolving into and watching your video made me all the more confident in my game. I hope once this is all over we can meet at a table one day. Sure feels good walking away with purple chips!!
Great if that works for you. I always say, do what works for you. Many people are afraid to set the dice with the sevens facing up just because of superstition. Or they prefer to set the dice in such a way that if the dice turn over one time it's not as likely to be a seven. Dice setting is primarily about avoiding the seven and extending the roll.
@@5DollarYo It's more or less a superstition for me; if they start 7-UP before i roll then they're least likely to end up that way after i roll them. If i may ask, what numbers do you have up before you roll your dice?

I can only speak for myself but after playing Craps for over 40 years, I can attest to the fact that I have made more money setting the dice than not setting. Also, I try to hardly hit the back wall. After the casino that I lived near opened back up in 2021 I hit the Bonus bet make them all 8 times! I bet $50.00 on make them all and $30.00 on the small and tall. So, that's $7,500 for the all and $900 for small and $900 for tall. I 7 out twice as much when I don't set.
My most profitable session was shake and roll em low, 38 numbers and 6 points! I also was on a roll where the shooter threw from and 6+3 set and landed 6+2 so many times. They made him throw the dice harder threatened to take the dice because we where making a killing! I learned about Put bets that day as the guy beside me made thousands.
I can tell you, dice setting works. I use the all 7 set up and often throw the ace 2 some time 3 in a row. when using this set, I also throw a lot of 7 s. Like the guy says, only trust yourself,
@@cpfalcon51 I keep setting for seven until I get a point number. After that I use a set for that number. If it is a 5 or 9 I set dice with the 5 and 4 on top and the 5 and 4 facing me. If a 6 or 8 i set with the 4 and 2 on top and wih the 4 and 2 facing me. If point is a 4 or 10 I set with the 3 and 1 on top and the 3 and 1 facing me. 2 weeks ago I hit the point number 6 times and all six we back to back wins. Meaning, the number came back on the very first throw. Good luck to you falcon.
Constant practice is key like with darts and horseshoes. The way to quantify any edge for dice control is for each individual to roll 1000 times with the set for specific sister numbers. If 7 comes out less than random and target numbers are hit more frequently, then you may have a positive EV. If not, then you will lose in the long run. The key is also to put your money on bets where the house has a small edge that your EV can possibly overcome.
Excellent video. Dry hands.....very important. I seven out -- when my hands get cold and clammy and when I think about sevening out. Good tip about routine....dry hands and the "circle" before the dice (I never do it but I will try it). Anything to not think about 7 out.
Thanks for the kind words. You're right about the thinking about 7-out thing. The second I think about a 7 the next roll is out. If you can get into the zone those thoughts don't creep in. Best of luck!
i've had some good luck controlling the dice, i've been standing in the middle so i can throw left handed and try a more shallow soft low arc toward the landing area and wall with a 3-3 set. going this week to turning stone for a long golf weekend and will shoot some dice and limit or small tournament holdem.

I set the dice on the 5-9 with the 6-3 on top and in the front and the 4-1 facing under and behind and have hit a fire bet many times. 3 times in one day before. I try to make the dice roll forward with no turn to the side. The 7 sits inside of my 5-9 set and nearly impossible to throw if the dice doesn't roll sideways. Try to keep them straight on the roll
@@MegaMkmiller : There's no 'interruption' of mathematical probability. It's ALL probability and the summation of all the probabilities over an infinite series (or in the Casino's perspective - an extremely large series) add up to 1. There's no mystical force behind anything, just the mathematics of probability. Each throw of the dice is a separate event and not related to the previous events.
That table has too hard of a surface. It is not like a table in the casino and there is not enough space behind the pass line. Nowhere to put your odds bet and then land the dice.
you yourself is the only person you can control. the dice are random. proper setting of dice and your tossing technique toward the back wall with your influence on how you do this can achieve more throws without seven out. tossing more throws consistently makes a winners table for all players. wild throws will only make you seven out and lose your money. Take control of yourself and set dice and toss gently and consistently and you will notice more wins than losses. Eventually the seven will show but 20 or more tosses are better than six and your out. Practice Your Influence.
I was once on a table, young guy shooting from a corner away from the stick. He threw very hard along the front to the end wall. Stick warned him but we were all making money. After about 13 -14 rolls he lofted the dice. The entire table screamed noooooooooo....7 out
@@TheRuffles17 No I didn't? It came up on my recommended because I was learning how to play Craps. I didn't hate on anyone. Well, maybe your terrible logic, I guess.
I've practiced all the different dice sets and rolled great one setting and throw sevens the next. Then some girl walks up, blows on the dice and rolls 4's and 10's for an hour. It's all bs but it's fun to try and you look more professional setting the dice.
If you don't believe in dice mechanics you just don't understand physics. If you set the dice the same, hold them the same throw them the same land them the same (missing all the chips) you WILL produce exactly the same result. Since we are human beings we can't be perfect. But we can reduce the variability. Over the course of many many years of playing craps it has become clear, for whatever reason I tend to roll 9s more than I should. A 9 should only come up 1 out of every 9 rolls. But I do it much more often. Because of this when I roll I am heavy on the 9. It helps. Unfortunately, I think my extra 9 rolls are coming from the numbers because it doesn't seem to change the amount of times I roll a seven. And at the end of the day the casino still has everything stacked against you. Being aware of dice mechanics won't guarantee you a win but it DOES without question slightly shrink their advantage. The point the author of this video is making is 100% valid. Be consistent, REDUCE (not eliminate) randomness.
It's the only game where you have the best odd's on the second bet behind the initial bet pays 2 to one some 3 to one and u win even money with your initial bet so that is a potential of positive results.
Man, nobody listen to Rilo…. Just because someone does not understands, they always discredit... "Repeat Mechanics" is such a True and Legit thing... 7's will always come... that is true... but, Repeating Mechanics will provide more throw's and therefore, MORE WINNING!!!
show me a video from dice controllers where they can call 6 numbers out of 10 rolls 60% accuracy and I will believe in dice control. There is hedging for sure but control no way!
I consistently make money on craps and on ok rolls average 14-15 rolls. The casino house edge in craps is 1.41%, the average player rolls for 8.5 total throws. If you make it to 10 rolls you have eliminated the house edge and every roll past 10 puts you further into the money. It’s not about calling numbers out, it’s about throwing longer than the average player and maintaining an advantage when you play.
@@Hashdollars i still think that is hedging not control. Just rolling for unspecified numbers of rolls does nothing to the house edge. Where you put your chips is what changes those odds. my challenge remains show me a video 6-10 correct calls before they hit the table and i will concede that there is a thing called dice control.
@@MrKco63 where you put chips doesn’t change odds, here odds are the mathematical probability and not the given odds paid to a bet. In addition to your not understanding what a 1.41% advantage means, rolllinh further past the average absolutely eliminates the house edge, the same way a person playing perfect strategy in blackjack and or counting cards would. You’re not that capable of understanding what’s you’re speaking of so I won’t go further into a conversation with someone who also doesn’t make money at gaming and is at average (a loser) or below average. Rolling further isn’t ‘hedging’ either, no matter what you think. You probably can’t bounce a golf ball off a club over and over like a paddle like tiger woods or other who practice something over and over, doesn’t mean there aren’t people who are capable.
@@Hashdollars LOL ok "know it all arm chair general"...make me a video 6-10 rolls with the call before the dice hit the table. 6 out of 10 that's all.....have a time code included to prove your claim of unedited video and I will retract all statements and even fund your next trip to your choice of casino. i have seen so many people who just grab and toss have crappy rolls, but you get someone who has a dice setting system and control they get better longer rolls. Good luck everyone
You want the dice to perfectly come to the bottom edge of the back wall with very little impact. Kind of like 3 pointers in basketball. It’s a more difficult shot, but setting the dice and perfect throws do increase your chances! I deal the game and I can feel the wire obstacles down the table. You need to perfectly hit the bottom corner of the middle of the back wall. If you set your dice and do it perfectly, you will be everyone’s new best friend.
I have heard there are some tables with a metal rod at an angle under the felt going across part of the width of the table near the landing zone. Have you heard of this before? Wire obstacles down the table under the felt? Is that what you mean here?
Dice setting gives you the BEST ODDS when shooting from the Don't side and then than 1% of players know how or use those sets. ( www.platinumcraps.com)
Last weekend I rolled for 1.5 hours straight with 90+ rolls. Hit 8 total 7s, 7 of them on the come out roll. I'm as superstitious as they come. I wipe my hands on my pants and then the felt, I roll the dice against the wall before each roll until something looks right to me then I roll. I've tried setting and gotten good results (20-40 rolls)but my most recent monster roll (90+) I threw them every which way and tried all I knew and just kept throwing. Just a super hot lucky roll. Trying to get back to setting because that's way more consistent but my average is already 25 rolls with what I'm doing now. Only issue is sometimes it's a quick 7 out, so now I'm here trying to learn how to minimize them.
Do you “dice setters” have any idea how fucking stupid you look? Setting the dice, twisting, turning, gripping a certain way, it makes no difference, you cannot control the dice. The casinos love knuckleheads who believe they can control a dice throw.
I find its easier and more fun to bet on dont throw like a drunkin arangatan. So far ive hit a few people and nuked the dealers chips once but i still do good. The last time i rolled a ton of feild numbers so the other players ignored how i was betting.

Sweetchilliheat18: Those aren't called sucker bets for nothing. The best odds are on the pass line. When you put money behind the pass line the house has NO edge on those bets. They're the best bets in the casino. Still, craps is all about fun. Betting on the sucker bets is certainly fun when they hit!
Paul G68 Too bad those odds are placed behind a passline bet that only pays 1 to 1. You would make more if you simply put those bets directly on the point. Do the math.
Paul G68 you are wrong your best odds it’s to bet against the pass line. Or don’t pass bar . Remember there is more ways to roll a 7 then any other number.
@@ALL4SCUBA05 WHAT? LMFAO, Please do some research because you clearly know nothing about ODDS behind the pass line! ODDS Depends on the NUMBER after the initial roll!! LMFAO Either you are just playing for fun or just a beginner, here is some info you do not know about: AND YES THIS IS COPIED AND PASTED FOR YOUR LESSON: (instead of typing) Most casinos allow what is known as "3- 4-5X Odds." This means the player may bet up to three times his Pass bet on the odds after a point of a 4 or 10, four times after a 5 or 9, and five times after a 6 or 8. How did they come up with this? I think because if the player always takes the maximum odds, and he wins on the pass line, the Odds bet will always pay 6 times the pass line wager, making the math easier for the dealers. Some casinos pay even more, like 5X, 10X, 20X, or 100X odds on all points. If you see a casino advertising something like "10X Odds," that means that you can bet up to ten times you Pass bet on the Odds. JUST FYI
Tom Taylor You might want to reread what I wrote because the only bet I described as paying 1 to 1 is the PassLine Bet. Your comprehension of the English language is lacking or maybe you read too fast.
by the way knowing your self is best way to win i set dice using either 6-4 4-6 with 3-1 1-3 around of the 6 8 set 42 24 62 2 6 a soft trow to just pass the pass line to bounce and hit the wall best spot for me is stick left 1 or 2 im better at 7 out than making points because when i want to 7 out i use all 7 set 52 52 3-4 43 around 6-1 facing 6-1 out side and still some times takes forevr to 7 out 20 to 30 throws
So Im an experienced craps dealer, Im just going to rate each of your Key elements one by one. Choose best place: This is only semi true, but having a comfortable spot doesn't increase your chance of winning. People only believe they get better rolls in their comfortable spots because that's where they shoot mostly from, and they are going to remember that. It's typical for a Gambler mindset to think that way. Dry Fingers: This made me giggle. So rotation of the dice either consistent or not is not going to increase your chances. Unless you have robotic precision, its not going to matter. I have seen people "mess up" on their roll and roll point winners and roll "perfectly" and 7 out. Drying your fingers... it's not going to help. Will make releasing dice easier though, in the end, odds are odds. Setting Dice: This has got to be one of the most disillusioned ideas on a craps table. Setting dice will not make a difference. And from the sound of your dice hitting that table, that is not a proper craps table. Regular craps tables have a thicker felt which adds more bounce. You also are supposed to hit the back wall, you see those diamond patterns, they are there for a reason, to help randomize the dice further. I give you a little experiment, I recommend recording it, unedited and putting it up on your channel. Roll your dice 100 times only counting ones that hit the back wall. My prediction is you will roll More 7s than any other number. Followed by 6s and 8s, 5s and 9s, 4s and 10s, 11s and 3s, and lastly 2s and 12s. Thats just how the game works. Grip: We had a guy roll for 30 mins last week who just grabbed dice and threw them, no setting, no grip, just grab and shoot. Setting dice and Grip position makes each roll longer, therefor makes the entire roll longer. And when players keep making prop bets, what feels like a 20 minute roll is realistically a 10-15 minute roll. sometimes 5 minutes. You really want to consider how many rolls or point winners were thrown. Find a Spot: Yeah, just don't hit money and make a mess. Don't Slam Wall: As I said dice are random regardless. No human can possible roll dice consistently every time. Consistency: Well I basically answered that. All in all, A casino wouldn't have a game if it was beatable. For every Good roll on craps, there are roughly 30 bad rolls happening elsewhere. No tips or strategy will increase your odds of winning, the game was designed that way for a reason. Just play to have fun and stop worrying about winning. Gambling isn't about winning, its when you focus on winning that makes it un fun for you and those around you. And tip your dealers, We provide a service that without us would not be a better experience.
Don’t kill the dream for the degenerates. These dumbasses honestly think this works, mainly because they are uneducated Hicks who can’t even spell physics.
Great reply. There is no “winning way” to roll the dice. It is completely random. But as a dealer, you will admit there are times when a table, shooter, or series or shooters get hot; when the 7s only seem to appear on the Come Out roll and points are hit one after another. In similar manner, tables get cold. In other words, Craps is a streaky game. Better advice would be to bet the streaks; of a table is hot and you’re winning, press bets using the Casino’s money and pull bets down after a certain number are made or you have reached your goal of a certain amount. Also, when you’re ahead? Put your initial stake in your pocket plus a portion of the winnings. Then, DO NOT touch that money. You’ll always walk away a winner. If you lose your initial stake? Walk away. Too many pampers stay too long. I like to play the Don’t as it seems to me that cold steaks happen more than hot ones. I laugh at those people who only oaky the pass line. Especially when shooters are rolling 7s one after another.
I’m no “mechanic,” but I certainly notice a lot of bizarre coincidences when I shoot the same set every throw. Like 12’s multiple times every time I throw. Setting the dice does influence the outcome but I am not good enough or rich enough to get them to do what I want.
@@UltimateTexasHoldemGuru My observation is that setting the dice does influence the outcome of the rolls. Do explain randomness in regards to what I said, Professor.
@@grantnagle4375 It's impossible. Because the position the dice will be in, or if they collide with each other, what numbers be will facing which way if and when they collide, what numbers will be where when they hit the table and which way they bounce are absolutely impossible to predict. All of this is random. Anything can happen. I once saw a guy throw FOUR elevens in a row. I once threw so many points in a row 3 pit bosses were watching the action. No dice control. All thrown against the wall. In gambling, especially in craps, what you are looking for is an interruption in the normal, expected mathematical probabilities. Many, many points in a row is just such an interruption. Also known as a ''hot roll.'' Let's say you throw the dice 100 hundred times. Go ahead us all the DC you want. Record the rolls. When you are done you will find that the 7 was rolled the most. Followed by the 6 and 8. Then the 4 and 10. Bringing up the rear are the 2, 3 and 12. You had some hot rolls with DC. Now you believe that DC bought the winnings. Let's say you are on a farm and hear a rooster crow when the sun comes up. Do you then believe the rooster's crow caused the sun to come up?! You found the interruption --- that's what counts! You can believe in DC; or not. Won't make the slightest difference. Mathematics wins in the end. When that interruption kicks in --- press the table! See you in Vegas.
U guys don’t look too deep into him saying dice control it’s really just trying to stay away from 7 if you can do that your bound to make some cash.... keep rolling good people
There’s a lot that goes into it. You have to be 100% consistent in your speed, grip, and landing zone. Dice control is real, it just takes years to master.
@@garyorourke382 I believe that's true, although as you say it would have to be a skill practiced and earned over years. Would also need a regulation table and dice to use at home or else go broke in the acquisition

That'll never happen.

Correct. all you have to do is be able to count to six and know your inside axis numbers. Easy.

Let me know…
Too many pointed diamonds on the back of that wall to be able to suggest that anybody can hit the back of the wall in the exact same spot on the exact same diamond with the exact same velocity at the exact same angle with not one but both dice every time? I guess you just gonna have to call me a hater lol. But the thing I am hating isn’t your amazing ability to “control” two cubes with different numbers on each side of them.
Yup, because you win either way. :)
What if the argument with your spouse is about your intention to gamble?

3 and 3 up
What combo is facing you
do u recall by any chance how much you were up by the time 7 came up and your streak ended?
The point of Dice Control isn't to roll specific numbers (which is very improbable and the reason a lot of people say dice control does not really work), The point of DC is to eliminate at least one 7 from the random roll. In other words, on a random roll, out of 36 rolls, the 7 rolls six times, the 6 and 8 five times and so on. If by using DC, you are able to change the odds so that you are rolling five 7's out of 36 rolls, then that gives you a HUGE advantage over the casino. That is the theory anyway and I don't think that gets explained very well (if at all) in these videos.
It is IMPOSSIBLE for you to eliminate a 7 with how you roll the dice. Dice control is bullshit.

Group play can give a bigger advantage than these 8 points, if you can find good players who get along well.

Great work!😎👍
With the two six on top. One roll of one die lands you a seven. Match up your hardways with 6 to the left , 1 to the right.

Do you know who I’m talking about?

Best position from where to throw dice is next to the stickman because it's a shorter throw to the wall so less tiring.
We remember the good streaks. We forget the bad ones.
What part of "random" do gamblers not get?
Depends if the shooter knows what they’re doing if they don’t I usually play the field
Okkkkkkkkk
Clearly you dont understand the concept of randomness
Your dice hitting chips is the worst. I like cold tables because once people find out that you’re shooting hot they will put piles of chips in your way. This happened to me in Vegas. I was up $3k and this lady and her husband told everybody “I was doing a good job”. Table got flooded I went to another one and people followed me to that one
Pied Piper of Craps

Keeping them dry is accurate, it’s like bowling sweaty fingers will cause some stickage and throw the balls trajectory off slightly
I’m definitely gonna give it a try next time I Goto the casino I’m gonna try to roll on the 12

If you didn't rake some chips back with $2700 across the boxes, you deserve to lose you're a moron😂
yes that distraction made the outcome of the dice change... what a stupid comment.
I make sure to keep my hands dry. Clean them after every throw. Had a 57 straight roll
but if your advice actually had an impact, wouldn't you always have gigantic runs like this? not just taking about the one time? when it's just one time it simply is the odds of the dice...

Right on. Yeah it's tough with the Casino's being closed. I'll be itching to get back at the tables once they open back up.
How when the casinos are closed?
I always park my dice with 7 facing up (5&2 or 3&4) cause I say that if u start with 7 facing up then it’s least likely to come face up after rolling.

I feel you. Not bad at all
I always say DI works if you can do it. And it isn’t real if you can’t. Hope to be on the same table sometime bro.

I can tell you, dice setting works. I use the all 7 set up and often throw the ace 2 some time 3 in a row. when using this set, I also throw a lot of 7 s. Like the guy says, only trust yourself,
So... do you try avoiding 7s after establishing a point? Or do you just roll with the 7-set and keep rolling 7s, lol

It's ALL probability and the summation of all the probabilities over an infinite series (or in the Casino's perspective - an extremely large series) add up to 1. you yourself is the only person you can control. the dice are random. proper setting of dice and your tossing technique toward the back wall with your influence on how you do this can achieve more throws without seven out. tossing more throws consistently makes a winners table for all players. wild throws will only make you seven out and lose your money. Take control of yourself and set dice and toss gently and consistently and you will notice more wins than losses.
And at the end of the day the casino still has everything stacked against you.

show me a video from dice controllers where they can call 6 numbers out of 10 rolls 60% accuracy and I will believe in dice control.

There's a link in the video description for where to buy dice
You want the dice to perfectly come to the bottom edge of the back wall with very little impact. Kind of like 3 pointers in basketball. It’s a more difficult shot, but setting the dice and perfect throws do increase your chances! I deal the game and I can feel the wire obstacles down the table. You need to perfectly hit the bottom corner of the middle of the back wall. If you set your dice and do it perfectly, you will be everyone’s new best friend.

Then you should have no problem proving it.
Well then, you should be making one hell of a lot of money shooting craps. What you've said is mathematically impossible.
I have heard there are some tables with a metal rod at an angle under the felt going across part of the width of the table near the landing zone. Have you heard of this before? Wire obstacles down the table under the felt? Is that what you mean here?
Why not bet Don't Pass? If you are good at not throwing 7's, I can't imagine how good you'd be at throwing 7's.

@@davidmunger4937 I'll look as stupid as I want to. No one was complaing when we took 150k from the casino. In fact, the whole table loved it.
@@kingnaimvlogs5927 nope. Can't win em all.
Idk bout that clammy fingers thing. My girl just played for the first time and had an hour roll with clammy hands 😂
😂
I find its easier and more fun to bet on dont throw like a drunkin arangatan. So far ive hit a few people and nuked the dealers chips once but i still do good. The last time i rolled a ton of feild numbers so the other players ignored how i was betting.
I always aim for the highest stack of chips at the other end of the table . I'm going to lose any way why not have some fun
or try to hit his hands when he places a late bet.
🤣🤣
I lost my money shooting dice and inboxed Zay Crop on facebook and he replaced all the money i lost. He's a expert and understands people in need of help. ❤
I had an hour roll. Took 10 minutes on each throw 😂😂
That's so funny man, everyone laughs at me but $5 on yo is my favorite bet lol I do a lot $4 et's as well.
I'm big on playing hards too, best payouts IV had have been on hards repeating and yo's+midnights
LMFAO
Either you are just playing for fun or just a beginner, here is some info you do not know about:
AND YES THIS IS COPIED AND PASTED FOR YOUR LESSON: (instead of typing)
Most casinos allow what is known as "3- 4-5X Odds." This means the player may bet up to three times his Pass bet on the odds after a point of a 4 or 10, four times after a 5 or 9, and five times after a 6 or 8.
Pretty informative
Thanks Jonathan. Glad you enjoyed the video.
by the way knowing your self is best way to win i set dice using either 6-4 4-6 with 3-1 1-3 around of the 6 8 set 42 24 62 2 6
a soft trow to just pass the pass line to bounce and hit the wall best spot for me is stick left 1 or 2
im better at 7 out than making points because when i want to 7 out i use all 7 set 52 52 3-4 43 around 6-1 facing 6-1 out side and still some times takes forevr to 7 out 20 to 30 throws
This guy lol
i bet you're really fun at parties
I've never tip a dealer in my life
I’m no “mechanic,” but I certainly notice a lot of bizarre coincidences when I shoot the same set every throw. Like 12’s multiple times every time I throw. Setting the dice does influence the outcome but I am not good enough or rich enough to get them to do what I want.
Obviously you are not a mathematician or statistician bc you dont understand randomness
@@UltimateTexasHoldemGuru My observation is that setting the dice does influence the outcome of the rolls. Do explain randomness in regards to what I said, Professor.
@@grantnagle4375 Randomness means unpredictable. There are no patterns or trends.
U guys don’t look too deep into him saying dice control it’s really just trying to stay away from 7 if you can do that your bound to make some cash.... keep rolling good people
Lol
*Follows tips, doesn't roll 7s* "See, my method works!"
*Follows tips, still rolls 7s* "You're not doing it correctly!"
Gotta dry off those sticky fingers!
They let you set the dice... Thats op
