*I read previous reviews of this and wondered. Once I got it and started using it - this is a great little vacuum **MyBest.Tools** Strong, multiple filters and attachments, well worth the money. As stated in previous reviews, where you wrap the cord/store the attachments is poorly placed. All else well was thought out and it works great.*

Sad... I have have multiple Metabo power tools. This vacuum should have been nice for my boat, to vacuum bilge and dirt water. But this vacuum is just able to vacuum dry dust. Others like Bosch, DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita can vacuum wet as well. Why Metabo?

The fact is that on May 14, 2019, Metabo Eurasia and I signed an agreement on the provision of services No. 1. According to the contract, I had to carry out the promotion and sales of Metabo products on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as perform various other tasks of Metabo Eurasia management, which I started to do.
Everything I was told to do verbally, I did. No one from Metabo Eurasia provided me with job descriptions, written assignments, plans.
While working with Metabo, I noticed one peculiarity that an unhealthy microclimate was created in Metabo Eurasia’s team, Andrei Kantserov. In the team, everyone goes scared, intimidated, downtrodden, afraid to even pronounce the name of Kantserov, although he was in a completely different building. Later I understood why such a situation in the team. On the third day of my cooperation with Metabo Eurasia, Kantserv called me on my mobile phone and, for no reason at all, started shouting at me, beating hysterically, insulting me with foul language. I, in turn, asked why he was screaming and insulting me for no reason, and asked him to behave decently. Honestly, I was not accustomed to unfamiliar people calling me, talking to me wildly, insulting them in a rude manner by using foul language, and Kantserov Andrew’s similar behavior shocked me.
Then, after a while, I was informed that they had decided to refuse my services, without giving reasons, apparently Kantserov did not like that I was not afraid of his wild hysterical screams and asked him to talk to him politely, within the limits of decency.
In general, if you search Metabo Eurasia for search engines on the Internet, you can find a lot of negative reviews about the company, and all of them are mostly related to Kantserov Andrey’s endless behavior. The former HR of Metabo Eurasia Lydia can tell more about this. Metabo Eurasia’s reputation in the market, due to Kantserov’s hysterical and offensive behavior as consumers, partners, customers and potential employees, is simply disastrous.
When I called Polina Kuzmina, the current HR Metabo of Eurasia, and asked why I was slandered and insulted at me without any reason, Polina Kuzmina replied that this was their normal working situation in their company.
According to the contract, I had to pay for my services in accordance with the acts of rendering services, and also to pay me in compensation all expenses related to the implementation of the promotion and sale of Metabo. On June 21, 2019, through courier express mail, I sent statements of expenses to the office of Metabo Eurasia in Moscow for the amount of 5,732 Russian rubles and
18,839 Kazakhstani tenge, plus I did not pay travel expenses for a business trip to the Moscow office of Metabo Eurasia on May 14-16, 2019 in the amount of 4,000 Russian rubles.
However, so far I have not received any compensation for expenses, although according to the contract I was obliged to compensate them for 5 days.
In addition to expenses not paid to me, Metabo Eurasia has still not paid me for my services in promoting and selling metabo products in the amount of 398,640 Russian rubles; Email July 2, 2019. This money, according to the contract, I also had to receive within 5 days. But so far I have not received this money.
However, so far I have not received my money in my emails. Neither the Kantser hysterical, nor Polina Kuzmina, nor anyone else from the office of Metabo Eurasia answer. They do not respond to my messages in the Whatsup App either, although I see that both Kantserov and Polina Kuzmina and others receive and read my messages regarding the money I have not paid to Metabo Eurasia. As I understand it, they want to fool me with my money without paying it to me.
I ask you to influence Kantserov in order for him to publicly apologize to me for his abusive and degrading behavior, and also to pay all my money, including the penalty that is spelled out in the contract.
Otherwise, I will take measures in court, as well as cause irreparable damage to the reputation of Metabo Eurasia, publishing on the Internet, social networks, RUclips, the media, how Kantserov allows himself to conduct, publish those audio recordings with his hysterics, insults and wild screams, I will give loud publicity to the trial. It will be a huge scandal and a blow to the reputation Metabo.
Also, I will make Metabo products never be sold again in Kazakhstan, on Kazakh soil, since, having come to Kazakhstan, with a desire to earn money from the Kazakhs, Kantserov began to behave like a real Russian pig, forgetting that having come to any country, and even with the desire to earn money here, you need to treat with great respect to people, in particular Kazakhs, to respect the mentality, customs and traditions of the Kazakh people.
Waiting for my money and apologies from Kantserov hysterical. And in general, I highly recommend that you dismiss him so as not to disgrace with such a "leader." Kantserov-miserable hysterical nothingness.

I have purchased this to go with my other metabo tools. The second time I used it the rubber end split. Why dose metabo make tools that are not compatible with there own products. As it was fitting it 2 the 18v circular saw that split it.
Oh that would make.me sick. What's it's like ? Any good other than issue you had ?

i don't understand why you FINALLY make a vacuum in systainer (metaloc) format, but then you destroy the entire product by not making it compatible with other systainers (metalocs)??? the whole idea is that we can clip these together!
Now you still need to make a small nail gun compressor in systainer (metaloc) format. corded is okay, battery operated even better.
Please don't make the same mistake with that one too please… make sure we can integrate these in our systainer (metaloc) stacks and sysports.
I have been waiting for so long for a battery powerd vacuum in systainer format and i thought my prayers had finally been answered.
but alas, this thing is useless to me since i can't integrate it with my other systainers/metalocs :(

Festool will certainy make a battery version of his ctl sys with Bluetooth tool connection. mark my words, and be ready to be financially abused..
Metabo doesn't even make this, starmix does, it's purely a rebrand.
