This was a good movie. I love Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and her chemistry with Chris Pine as Steve Trevor. I can't wait for you guys to react to Aquaman and Shazam.
This was an amazing movie. When they announced Gal Gadot as Diana Prince I was less than enthusiastic. Then the movie came out and brought tears to my eyes on a couple occasions and I realized I could not have been more wrong about the casting choice.
@Joseph Miller The best part of BVS was all of it
I love Gal she is amazing as an actress but most important as a PERSON. She worked so hard and deserved that. I love her and Chris and their chemistry on and off screen (No wonder he fell in love with her like me). Patty did an amazing job and I love all this trio!
Can't wait for the new movie I'm so glad Chris is back 🙌🏻
The No-Man's Land scene gives everyone goosebumps.
Insane to think about that Zack Snyder and Patty Jenkins had to fight to keep it. The studio did not want it.
Indeed
not me...
MavenCree
And the fight on the beach near the start, that gave me goosebumps
It actually made the movie what it was, Patty Jenkins could have done a really woke moment in this scene but she didn't she made her wait for her camrades so the attacked the german line together as you know WW could have done it all alone but having it played out like it was showed that she was a team player and not some glory hunter like captain marvel was portrayed.
Interesting trivia: The creator of Wonder Woman is also the creator of the real-world polygraph lie detector.
Holy molly :O
ohhhhhhh the lasso of truth!
Also Wonder Woman isn't so much a feminist character because the creator also had a massive bondage fetish, which is why she has the rope because in early Wonder Woman's she would always end up being tied up so she was the creator's sexual fantasy
@@Delboy0 And also because she fell in love for THE FIRST MAN she met lol
@@Delboy0 females like sex, its plenty feminist
Damn, I still cry over the no-man's-land scene & Steve Trevor's death. A beautiful movie.
Wasn’t expecting Steve to die haven’t seen the movie damn it
N VL
I know
@N VL That might not be a "hooray" :( Remember Justice League, when Batman wanted to bring Superman back to life, but Wonder Woman was adamant that bringing the dead back to life was a very bad idea?
Maybe Steve coming back to life is what makes her think that.
Same here
I loved how your mother got emotional. This movie is so brilliant and important ❤️
Yeah, they should watch Coco
1917 gave me the same feeling and there’s always love in War
Finally for god sake :')
"No Man's Land" is the most heroic scene ever in any Superhero movie! Period, not some constant joking and insulting each other like in other Superhero movies.
And Steve Trevor is the best non-Superhero character ever in this genre!
😬😬😬
Not all superhero movies do that, in my opinion. But this is one of the best scenes I've ever watched.
Ayano Aishi
Same, I love those who died in the First World War a lot more than ever
During lockdown I wasn’t able to go and see them so I became really upset
Love WW. The story is heartfelt and relatively simple and straightforward focusing on Diana, her character growth and her just being such a beautiful powerful person inside and out.
Still the greatest dceu film. Both steve trevor and diana's character is great. I love aquaman and shazam but this movie is just the best among the dceu films. But wait... did they just skipped suicide squad? Clever move.
Now we have Joker
I think they'd like some of the DC animated movies too
shazam was only good in the trailers, the only good ones were wonderwoman, aquaman, and man of steel
@@ianmarvinbolivar1848 I liked Shazam didn't think it was super great or anything tho, I wonder tho if they'll ever check out the Netflix Marvel shows
I preferred man of steel. The ending to WW always felt kinda off to me, but its still a very good movie.
“I am both frightened and aroused.” :)
Please react to Aquaman and Shazam next!
Unfortunately, I think they need to watch Justice League first
@@ramonbetzler7786 justice League kkkkkk noooo
Ramon Betzler And Suicide Squad.
@Ramon Betzler Yeah I know. They should just skip it. 😂
Spoilers: It’s a shitty movie, but some things don’t make sense without JL. Steppenwolf is quoted in Aquaman and Superman is alive in Shazam.
Can't wait for them to watch Joker in ~4 months lol
Chris pine nailed Steve Trevor He was an honorable man.
The Amazonian who trained her is the same actress who played Buttercup in "The Princess Bride". Which, BTW, if your family has not seen yet needs to be on your list.
rashidclark My name is Inigo Montoya....
@@NasXShady *hides six fingered hand behind my back*
Just think how different that movie would have been if Buttercup had been an Amazonian!
The only other movie I have seen her in other than Princess Bride and Wonder Woman is Forest Gump. She played the role of Jenny.
"Id hate to kill you!"
By far my favorite super hero movie. I was concerned before I saw it because I grew up watch Linda Carter as Wonder Woman. But Gal Gadot nailed it. Stunning and so likable.
Wonder Woman is my favorite film of all time. I'm so glad you guys finally got a chance to see it.
Wonder Woman Theme is great Workout music
I love this film, it's great entertainment but its central message is also just perfect.
"Only love can truly save the world..."... it's a simple message we all know and in many films that line would feel corny as hell, but it's rare you have a superhero embody it without it feeling sappy or weak. The story really brings you round to seeing what that actually means; that to hold such a belief, while hopeful, it is also painful as so rarely do you see people living by that example.
Even for a superhero like Wonder Woman, even she struggles to believe, but alas she chooses to anyway as she knows that no matter how hard it is, it is the right thing to do.
It's her hope, love and compassion which we all need to learn to master and which we all need to realise are in fact the strongest, most powerful human qualities we could ever hope to have.
Great film and I loved your heart-felt reactions!
During the history lesson sequence Diana's aunt/trainer said: "So Zeus gave us a weapon, one powerful enough to kill a god." You can interpret this as Diana being the God-killer, but you could also interpret the line as speaking directly to the audience; that love is love/kindness/compassion is the God-killer and this is available to all of us. In real life if we choose to embody the values of love/kindness/compassion then we can defeat our inner darkness (Ares). It is revolutionary for a Superhero film to put forward the idea that love/kindness/compassion are to be valued as superpowers.
@@omeshsingh8091 Exactly, people may cringe or think it's corny but how often do those same people actually really go out of their way in their everyday lives to really do things for kindness sake or call others out (when necessary) when they're being complicit with unkind actions or they're just not trying their best to do the morally right thing?! The truth is people are used to hearing it in films etc. but are so not aware of how much of a lack they act on it in the real world. So a film can either run the risk of being "cheesy" yet at least try to make people take action in their own lives, or a film can shy away from the core simple truths and instead dance around it and thus not result in anyone making any real change. I'll always be on the side of the former. Too many superhero films are made airing towards the latter, which is fine for the most part, but we should equally praise, not shame, the films that try to be more!
If you watch Suicide Squad watch the extended cut, it has more character moments and helps develop certain notions that the theatrical cut didn’t. It still has some chaotic editing but I blame WB for that mistake
Its still bad kiddo
@WhoDarestheMAN gamer LMAO. For fucking MAKEUP. OHHHHH wow so impressive!!! What a big oscar win? Jesus christ.
It's bad. Horrible actually. Jared Leto is awful. Enchantress is one of the worst villains ever. The only good aspects are Margot Robie and Will Smith. The rest is shit.
It’s literally not worth the time regardless if it’s extended.
@@kevincos4450 i would rather choose suicide squad than justice league though.
The dude with the caps need to chill...it’s a movie and not that serious.
Finally!!! I’m so glad you got to this one - Wonder Woman is one of my favorite movies of all time!!!
Yea, also my beloved 1917
I liked this more than many of the Marvel movies, so I'm glad you enjoyed this ladies. :)
BEGONE DC DEMON!!!!!!
(jk just joking with ya)
I dont even know which Marvel movie is actually very damn heroic as Wonderwoman.
Almost all Marvel superheroes have attitudes, constant joking and insulting others all the time instead of prioritizing saving people.
IamNinjaOfNinja I mean Tony Stark had an attitude and sarcasm but he sacrificed his life to save the entire universe and if that isn’t heroism... but Wonder Woman’s heroism really is something else
@@hellothere2464 I get what you mean, but his sacrifice in end game was more like to only save Peter because of his guilt, if not he would have never do it as he is/was happy with his family.
His sacrifice in the first Avengers for carrying the rocket into Space was way more heroic but his character and attitude was also the caused of many other Villains being born (Vulture, Mysterio and maybe more that Tony offended)
@@IamNinjaOfNinja Give wonder woman a few years and she too will be facing villains of her creation.
Also i would say Steve Rogers is more heroic than Wonder Woman.
So underrated. The channel and the movie
The moment she gets into Vald. In the tower, her theme kicks in and BAM she's Wonder Woman. Also BLOODY HELL is Pine a great actor
Warner Bros wanted to cut out the No Man's Land sequence. Patty Jenkins had to fight to keep it in. Lucky, Warner Bros isn't under that same management anymore... Lol
No, it was not WB that wanted to cut that scene. It was some of her crew that didn't understand but she convinced them why it was so important.
Patty said so herself.
@Daniel Chávez yeah, and it paid off :) I can't wait for wonder woman 84
I hate that people keep lying about this.
@@Lady_Justice They want to drag down WB as much as possible. And they don't bother with research
@Bobo Boy How do you know she used the same crew as snyder? Most of her crew were women. I could be wrong but I don't recall snyder using any of Jenkins crew
Besides she's very outspoken as a director. She's not hiding behind anything.
Snyder's fans only seem to praise Snyder and act like he's the only one deserving of making a DC movie. I love his movies but I also enjoy the rest as well.
I was very glad when Steve assured to Diana that each nation was responsible for WW1. So for me, the endfight was even cheesier and weirder.
Omg thank you for finally after soo many requests for reactiing to Wonder Woman..love your channel!!
finally!!! loved to see you guys watching my favorite movie.
I was one of the minority that did like Suicide Squad. It is a stand alone film unlike a lot of Marvel where there are connecting threads through them. Superman does come up briefly in a conversation, but only as a "what if".
Batman appears
I also like it because of harley quinn, but the villain ruined the movie
Same i love Suicide Squad
Same bro
Yes we need more DC reactions
My favorite DCEU movies go like this
1.Man Of Steel 9/10
2.Wonder Woman 8.5/10
3.Aquaman 8/10
4.Shazam 7.5/10
5.Batman V Superman Dawn Of Justice Directors Cut 6.5/10( should have been amazing)
6.Justice League 5.5/10 (should have been amazing but sadly it was just an ok movie)
7.Suicide Squad 3/10 (I hate this movie so much)
Outside of DCEU
Joker 9/10
Todoroki Is A Beast! Nice choices 👍🏻
Same
I like the homage they gave to the original SUPERMAN movie with the alley way scene and the revolving doors
Was looking forward to your reaction to this
Great movie.
Suicide Squad is a simple fun movie.
Just finished Justice League since it hit Netflix, and instantly feel so angry being reminded of how bad they butchered what should have been epic.
Aquaman is good too.
Justice league was so bad, i mean i was so hype and then, no words for it. Also DCTV crossover "Crisis on earth X" was the Justice League we all deserve.
React to the Godzilla and King Kong movies from Legendary Pictures!!!
THANK YOU
YESSS.
I think it's one of their polls.
They have to Watch Kong Skull Island and Godzillia 2014 first.
@@robertsims7828 they'll obviously gonna do the theatrical order release.
I'm glad you guys watched WW, it's my favorite of the DC movies. My top 3 DC movies are:
1) Wonder Woman
2) Aquaman
3) Suicide Squad
Haven't watch Joker but i'm pretty sure it's gonna get on that top 3 for sure.
The General is Stryker from X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Ares is Lupin from Harry Potter.
Awe.. she (woman sitting in the middle ) got emotional when diana screamed watching the death of steve...,same as my mom watching that scene in the theatre..
I love this film.
Can't wait to listen to the reactions
Thank you
I swear I thought you already reacted to this. But what a freaky coincidence, I just rewatched this movie a couple hours ago
I liked when Wonder Woman killed people
I just rewatched it last night.
DoOmEdSuRgeReSn
When I watched War movies for the first time I couldn’t do it
Yes that was the music from Batman vs Superman. “Is she with you” Hans Zimmer but it was just contacted by another composer. But they used the same cellist player “Tina Guo”.
i watch you guys just because you make me happy keep doing what your doing thanks
I love Gal she is amazing as an actress but most important as a PERSON. She worked so hard and deserved that. I love her and Chris and their chemistry on and off screen (No wonder he fell in love with her like me). Patty did an amazing job and I love all this trio!
Can't wait for the new movie I'm so glad Chris is back 🙌🏻
The trench scene is my favorite in the whole movie.
I really loved this movie. The battle field scene was great.
When or if you ever watch suicide squad I recommend watching the extended cut. Unfortunately even though the Joker character wasn't that great it does show more of him.
I just opened the video and my heart just filled with joy 😍 i am obsessed
Wonder Woman Theme Song composed by the Legendary Hans Zimmer and played by his often collaborator Tina Guo. (They collaborated on the Dark Knight trilogy and Inception). The “guitar riff” is actually an electric cello.
Can’t wait for you guys to watch Shazam! It’s a few movies away though
Loved your reaction! Good palate cleansor for the Boys when you need a change of pace. A bit of trivia for WW bracelets. In her current take in comics, they're used to suppress and contain her powers as a demigod. They're not there to protect her from her adversaries, but to protect them from her.
I'm glad you loved the movie cant wait for wonder woman 1984 in June
Me neither it’s gonna be insane
Your Mum looks so like my 2nd Mum. Made me cry a wee bit as she left us a year ago, far too early. Don't mean to upset anyone. Lots of love from over here in Northern Ireland.
Im having a tough time right now in this simulation we call life and watching tjis channel really helps distract me. Thank you guys
Who the fuck says, "This simulation we call life"? What a fucking weirdo. No wonder you're having a tough time.
@@kevincos4450 Bruh, what sad life of yours...
No Man’s Land is given me a really stressful time too
This is what I've been waiting since the first time I found this Channel
11:22 Yeah. She would've had nearly 100 brothers and sisters but either they were half-god heroes of old who died ages ago (ie Perseus, Hercules, Helen etc) or they were other gods who were killed by Ares.
i could listen to you 3 talk about this movie all day
When I first I watched the movie, all I did in the ending was cry. One of the first super hero movies that made me cry.
Could you guys possibly react to the Mission: Impossible films? One of the most consistent franchises of the last 25 years
And one of the most successful to have come from classic American TV shows...
In the comics she is the daughter of Hades and is destined to destroy humanity. Her overarching struggle is trying to combat her evil origins and use her powers for good. That's one of the reasons Ares is her main antagonist. He was tasked by zeus to kill her, but eventually Ares saw her as the tool to propagate conflict (conflict and war makes Ares more powerful).
The best DCEU film
There are some continuities in the comics where leaving the island means not being able to go back. Usually Diana can come and go as she pleases.
The movie's dialogue, "If you leave you may never return" and Connie Nielsen's line delivery makes it ambiguous.
"May" might mean unable to return by curse or law OR Hippolyta might just be worried something will happen to Diana in man's world to prevent her return.
What a timing that this is their last DCEU reaction right before Snyder’s Justice League.
I'm a Marvel, not a DC, but I really liked "Wonder Woman," and have been looking forward to you watching it. Thanks.
Omg I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LOOONG
WW takes place during WW1 (1914-1918). Batman v Superman is in the 2010:s, so that’s ninety years. Steve would have passed from old age, since he looks to be in his late twenties/early thirties...
This is my favourite DC film as well! Gal Gadot is a flipping legend! Can’t wait for WW1984 (my year of birth, woop!)!
I’m emotional every time I mention No Mans Land
React to Godzilla king of the monsters 2019 and Kong skull island 2017 legendary movies please
7:18 How we all look when we walk out of conventions after buying prop weapons. XD
I still come back to this movie cuz it’s just that good. Nothing beats the No Mans Land scene
This movie takes place during world war 1(1914 to 1918) so Steve would have been very old or dead when she appears in 2016 batman vs superman. And Ares was not solely the cause of evil/war he just helped humans with suggestions of strategy & weapons
Ahhhh who's hype for WW 1984 ?
ME
11:22 Half-brother technically - Ares is one of the few children Zeus had with his own wife Hera. But he's still one of the few members of her true family (the gods) she has left - because he killed the rest of them, even his beloved Aphrodite (goddess of love).
Can you react to Tim Burton's Batman 1989 pls
loved it tnx. i love that movie, it was the right time for a woman super hero.
It was a different version but yes, that's the same song - her theme song, that you heard in BvS. Incidentally, that's an electric cello playing not a guitar. You can see video of her (the artist) playing the theme online.
In 2 months or so you should definately react to joker!
I legit love this channel. It’s so wholesome, and I want you guys to adopt me. 😂
Hers was one of the best DC movies in my opinion...
Also I know another show you can react to..
ONCE upon a time
Diana can't go back to Themyscira because it's located in the bremuda triangle so she won't be able to find it again once she left.
That was a great reaction your mom sister are great! I cannot wait for you and nickie and lee react again to walking dead. Nickie will really be tired from working so much I hope she doesn't fall asleep when you watch again. Please let us know when you guys are going to watch again.
Just watch Suicide Squad. That movie was fun. Also, Wonder Woman is half Amazon and half god. She's over 3000 years old, her aging nearly stopped when she became an adult.
You're getting really good at this. Your edit of this made me cry, and watching the film didn't.
Awesome reaction ladies. Y'all definitely should watch Aquaman and Shazam and Justice League. Can wait to check out more of your reactions to tv shows and movies. Y'all are so awesome. I wanna watch movies with y'all and have a great time. Stay blessed and Stay safe out there too ladies
Great reaction. Now you all have to react to Aquaman. And also don’t forget the second Fantastic Beasts 2 The Crimes of Grindelwald.
No, they should forget Fantastic Beasts 2. Its awful. The only horrible Potter universe film
@@kevincos4450 Bro no one likes a "Critic Movie" in RUclips, but you already now that so, idk why screaming for attention here.
Justice League is next, my opinion it sucked, after that it gets really good!!! I can’t wait for The Flash’s movie. Also please react to Titans it’s awesome and I think you guys would love it
i love love love all of your reactions. Thank you for watching this.. Love you guys.. God bless
She couldn't go back to the island because it's shielded from the world. The amazons are also endless so they don't age. As for Steve, even if he didn't die, he would have died from old age by Batman v Superman considering the first film was set in 1917.
I vaguely remember a comic saying WW was named after the goddess Diana. I think the movie version IS Diana.
For those of you who don't know much about Gal Gadot the Israeli actress, she is not just Wonder Woman, before acting she was a Soldier in the Israel Defense Forces! So she was already a true warrior before becoming Wonder Woman
I love this movie. The end seemed a bit annoying and unecasary but for the most part its still done very well.
Fun fact: Diana is the name the Romans gave the Greek Goddess Artemis (Goddess of the moon, the hunt and chastity, daughter of Zeus and twin sister to Apollo (god of music and the sun - the opposite of his twin in the sense that she took a vow of chastity while he...I don't need to finish that sentence do I?).
Hans Zimmer & Junkie XL created the Wonder Woman action theme that was first used in Batman V. Superman...
love you ladies as a family.
Her being able to be harmed by bullets and knives is the most comical thing about her character considering she goes head to head with planet level enemies. Fun fact her sword in the comics is so sharp it can split atoms and her gauntlets aside from being extraordinarily durable actually suppress her power. She is an absolute beast.

"That's Captain Kirk"
I think I love you
Old saying, "no one ever comes home from war."
Suicide Squad is fine to react to, but as far as DC you have to react to Aquaman, and then Shazam!.
If you enjoyed Wonder women, boy are you three in for something special with Aquaman and Shazam!.
Remember that one scene in the movie, where wonder woman was about to kill that evil girl who literally had killed tons of people with her gas, and she was like "Hello, fellow woman. I shall spare you because we are the same gender." and then later on she saw the evil guy and was like "FUCK YOU GET INCINERATED PUNY MAN!!". Like, WTF!
You lovely family need to catch up on Justice League ➡ Aquaman ➡ Shazam ➡ Joker (optional) before Wonder Woman 2/Wonder Woman 84 (WW84) comes out next year.
I honestly want you guys to see suicide squad I will for sure enjoy seeing you guys react to it especially since birds of prey is in feb and the new suicide squad is filming with some characters involved 👍🏽
Aren’t you guys gonna do Narnia 2 prince Captain?
Great film and reaction as always. I can't wait until you three watch Shazam. That movie is criminally underrated.
Yeah, wonder woman really struck a chord with a lot of people. Not just for its portrayal of an insanely beautiful female lead, but also with its setting in World War I and the honest truth that there is no true absolute bad guys in that war. It was just two sides refusing to back down in something that simply spiralled out of control and didn’t know how to stop for courses that had almost been forgotten. This wasn’t World War II. This was essentially a war between Friends, brothers and cousins. This is where the great divide happened. This is where our two countries truly went our separate ways and were never the same again. Yes, the madness did eventually stop… but at a cost.
Fun fact, because she had such a thick Israeli accent, all the actresses that played Amazons learned to speak with a similar accent, because she had difficulty changing hers.
