Yes need to tap out.. both tap in and out, from tap out you can see the balance from your card

Bro i used this card yesterday... it accepted the card when i entered the bus, but when i left the bus it did not accept it.... "card is unknown" was on the display. Do you know what happens now?

Maybe the door was close on the time that you tap your card. Please check in the kiosk loading station

Both! Before you enter the bus please top your card or scan it and once you go out please top your card again ..from the you can see your remaining balance.
