I think I'd cover the plastic container with cheese cloth and allow the honey to filter thru the cheese cloth then as pour that into the bucket would have a cheese cloth cradled on the top so the honey would be double filtered, if that's even the name of that procedure. By the time that honey reached the spigot it would be very very pure.
To obtain liquid honey, there are many other ways to keep bees. For example, the system of Dadan or Rutt. Why deprive yourself of vitamins and minerals contained in wild honeycombs? Honey in honeycombs is 2 times more expensive than liquid because honey cannot be fooled by its quality (sugar syrup cannot be mixed).
