    Thanks for the teaching.
Our lives belong to Christ, so whether (and how) we live or die- it should be for and by GOD. We have been ransomed at an exceedingly steep price.

Totally agree with Bishop Baron, Euthanasia is a sign of the soft, self indulgent and cowardly culture we live in where "triggers" are flagged up for childrens books or Shakespere plays.

THERE ARE SO FEW REALLY COURAGEOUS LEADERS IN THE CHURCH today. Moral cowardice abounds. +

As a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner I do NOT believe, nor provide euthanasia, nor would I never. If anyone helps someone die they are culpable to God - Please be careful. My father asked me to help him end his life due to cancer. That was a horrible and extremely difficult time.... In the end I was in charge of lowering their pain and suffering as much as possible, BUT NOT OVER-MEDICATED TO WHERE THEY ARE NOT AWAKE. The patient must have an ability to make whatever communications he needs known to priest, family, friends and staff. God Bless you all! PRAISE BE TO GOD AND HAIL MARY QUEEN OF THE MOST HOLY ROSARY!!!

Withholding pain medication for one’s own spiritual or mental benefit is cruel and inhumane. Jesus would not do it. Only YOUR needs are met by that, not the patient. This is why I am DNR, Do not transport. Evil nurses keep out. I will handle it myself with God.

@@Catinthedesert ma'am please read it again - I said caring for their pain and suffering and NOT help hastine the death. To keep patient's comfortablce, but not knocked out. That is NOT me what you are saying and you have no right to yell at me about what you think - especially when you are wrong. I have been caring for the geriatric population since I was 18 years old and I am 53 now. Please read it over again so you can see what I actually wrote. By the way, I am a pain patient myself and have had, and continue to have pain for nearly 20 years ma'am. God Bless you.

The tragedy is the boundless pursuit of keeping one alive at all costs. Medical care in my area is terrible and insanely costly. Livestock get better treatment. When the lord calls I am going to go willingly WITHOUT corporate interference. DNR, NO Transport. There is no obligation to hinder natural death. I will be leaving it in God’s hands.

I love listening to this Bishop , he is usually so clear in his explanations but I was disappointed and suprised as he gave reason for attending Catholic church instead of say a protestant one, the young man asked" why not"
Bishop said, of course great merit could be gained from worshipping God this way but that the mass was the way for Catholics to go as it was the way God( Jesus) had instructed us. I wonder if this was enough for the man asking the question? Perhaps by explaining the real presence of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist would have brought home the message that this doesn't happen anywhere else, only through the hands of the Catholic priest.?

Bishop Barron has one continuous criticism throughout his career. He lacks the Courage and Charity to tell Heretics, Infidels, Jews and Schismatic that they're at risk of Damnation if they continue their path. I don't understand his approach.

The Eucharist in Protestant churches is NOT the Body and Blood of Christ, but merely looked on as symbolic. Jesus said unless we eat His Body and drink His Blood, we shall not have eternal life. We need to have the courage to continue repeating this. This is what I mean by weak leaders. + I was a protestant 66 years ago. This fact brought me into the Catholic Church. Deo gratias!. Come on, all you bishops and priests. Why are so many of you frightened of stating this clearly? As in Chist’s own day, people will either accept this or probably many will turn away. But IT IS NOT A SECRET, so shout it from the roof tops….PLEASE! +

How does the issue of a person on life support, perhaps indefinitely, but otherwise braindead, etc., fit into making the decisions of when the person should be removed from life support & God's control over the beginning & end of life?
THANK YOU, if this is rebroadcast, that the music did NOT begin until after the Q&A & Brandon's "farewell" comments! Great improvement!

Yes, Kelsi Sheren was interviewed by Dr. Jordan Peterson about Medical Assistance In Dying which is practiced now in Canada. The details were very eye-opening.

I agree, I watched Kelsi Sheren explain how the medication process works and it is horrifying.

These medications can be delivered together in appropriate doses as to not cause death. It is not the meds but the outcome

Ugghh … Aztec dancing at the Mass celebrated as a good thing for a Bishop to believe and promote? Please explain why, until then … how about NO!
