best game to watch , first time to see FZ shaking his head
Truls has become my favorite player, hands down. Not only is he incredibly good, I haven't seen a match of him lately that wasn't super entertaining to watch.
He's fundamentally very sound, but also has some incredible FH smash shots and BH moves that even give the best players in the world trouble. He's coming along, and any european who can challenge for best in the world deserves some support.
i feel like he is really cold blooded and not reckless at all and that is what I like abt his game.

I wish Truls played all the shots exactly as he would have wanted. Judging by his reactions, more than a few times he was very disappointed with his shot selection. One must learn to come to terms with his shot selection or train harder to react with the desired shot. Of course, playing world number 1 is never easy and must come with an incredible amount of adrenaline. Happy to see Truls grow and learn from this match. He has an insane shot making ability but needs to play more often with the top Chinese so he doesn't feel so much pressure.
Thats why he played Chinese Super league in 2023 growing explosively.
Great performance against #1 showing that Truls can beat anyone
It looked like the reverse pendulum wasn't letting him attack as early as he wanted. He was playing more defensive than he was the first couple of games.

Truls has an interesting forehand stroke where he makes a pronounced, symetrical curve over the ball with a compact swing, as opposed to a longer, flatter stroke that may or may not curve at the end. This allows him to take the ball a bit sooner and generates impressive speed.
He even did it over the table at 19:11--that's a very difficult shot.
Fan's calmness outweighed Moregard's restlessness
Truls played the whole match in depression ... his coach must teach him to be calm ... frustated players dont win ...
His various gestures when he misplays is kinda normal for him though. He seemed relatively calm here. Fan was just too good this time.
His coach must know Truls better than us.
He played the calmest I have seen in a long time. If you think he is not calm here, then I recommend you watch some of his other matches.
@@beglight I kind of agree with you. Nevertheless, people are different. There isn't the right way for all. If there is a way that fits everyone, be yourself is IT.
He is calmed with top 3 players. Other than that pretty arrogant
man... he was in both game 1 and game 3 and lost them.. Sometimes everything hinges on 1 point. If he went up 2:1 on FZD psychology would be different

CNT players make the most correct adjustament the fastest between rounds just off of sound coaching, that's why their deciding rounds' winrate is so high.

Kudos to Truls! It's Just a tiny Thing in the deciding situations and he can beat Fan. Besides, His tossing of the ball at service is questionable, I think. He is more letting the Ball fall down. It's not nearly vertical.

樊振東打球總讓我覺得他有勇無謀，幸好最後一局，他發現對方總是等在左手方，側身用正手，一板打死樊振東，所以樊變線的瑞典球員正手，終於拿下比賽。相較於梁靖坤和法國17歲小將的比賽，當兩人的場邊指導都是王皓時，梁靖坤閱讀比賽能力和鬥智能力，似乎高於樊振東。總之：恭喜兩位中國乒乓國家隊，都贏了！

Мордегард играл в стиле Ма Лонга. И по началу это приносило результат, так как Фан подсознательно опасался форехенда Ма Лонга😂. Видимо Ван Хао открыл ему глаза с кем он играет, Фан начал давить на форехенд шведа и Трулс рассыпался.
Je suis toujours surpris en regardant le service de FZD, depuis le temps qu'il est n° 1 mondial, il a eu le temps de lire la règle du service au tennis de table au moins 1 fois je suppose? Regardez où il pose sa balle dans sa main, ce n'est pas dans la paume, regardez d'où il jette la balle, ce n'est pas derrière la ligne de fond c'est sur la ligne et regardez vers 8'30 la verticalité de sa balle, ça ressemble à du 45° de la verticale... Bref aucun arbitre n'a du lire la règle non plus car je n'ai jamais vu un arbitre lui dire quoi que ce soit, pour l'exemple je trouve que c'est navrant.
Crazy to think that this match was also captured by a fan in the audience and the video of it has more views than this one. It says a lot about this garbage side pov.

Не понимаю почему Морегард уже в 1/32 на Фана попал? Он один из сильнейших европейцев наверное в 10 ку мира входит , и попадает на 1 ракетку в 1/32? не пойму ей богу.

If Truls improves his mental stability for maintaining focus and the team around FZD misses to work on weaknesses uncovered by Truls, definitely Truls will be on top. Never saw a match against FZD where someone had so many opportunities (with exception Ma Long many years ago) as Truls here. I guess Truls was too exited everytime it worked well and often lost posture, composure and focus for the following point. He could learn this skill from master Waldner, although he is getting better at this.

Same feeling indeed. I think the issue has more to do with sound capture, they should filter out high frequencies or something.
