I loved hearing your perspective on the importance of moving our bodies while we’re able to! This is also a mindset I’ve adopted recently. I got into a car accident last year before Halloween and went to PT until Thanksgiving, and I barely started being able to work out again in February. I didn’t realize how much I would wish I could move until I couldn’t, and it has made me incredibly grateful.
I feel you there .. I am a psw and hurt myself back on sept and on PT and being worked on big time . My nerves are screwed and my pelvic is twisted so .. lots to work out .. but I am so bored being off work 😢. I hope you feel better soon ❤and don’t settle with the insurance company to fast .. it’s the rest of your life you gotta think about ..
@@julsz528 gosh that’s awful! Thank you for your kind words and advice. The insurance company is giving my bf and I a hard time about it even though it wasn’t our fault, and I’m pretty sure it’s because the kid who hit us didn’t have insurance, so they don’t want to pay us out and lose $$$. It’s so frustrating! I hope you feel better soon! It’s a long journey to recovery, but one day soon all of your pain will be a distant memory and you’ll remember how far you’ve come ❤️ it’s SO hard being forced to slow down. Try to embrace the break and revisit any old interests or hobbies you used to enjoy before life got hectic! Sending you all the healing energy ❤️🩹

You are so right about moving your body. I have also recently adopted this change. I used to really be heavy in the gym before having my son and I honestly just never make the time for myself. Now that’s it is getting warmer I just make a conscious decision to go walk daily and doing it leads to me doing more physical activities during the day. It is amazing how a mind set can change the game.
Exercising 6 days a week makes my anxiety less. I absolutely love working out! Definitely helps my mood
Acre homestead is such a great feel good channel. ❤ i find when i having a hard time focusing adding a tablespoon of mct oil to my morning coffee really helps, and i give myself 3 mornings brain activities (i know sounds extra) but it has helped me organize my brain. So in the morning i have my coffee and do wordle, a sudoko, and pharzel

Becky got me craving brown butter rice krispie treats!!! So I'm making them after I watch this. The retaining wall looks awesome! Like you, I'm always amazed by his talent! Just a heads up for the tree in it (as well as the Arbs in back) to make sure it's not buried too deep. You want to see the root flare (the transition zone between the trunk of the tree and the roots). If it's buried too deep, the roots will not be able to respirate properly (the process of using energy that is created by the leaves). If the roots can not respirate properly, the roots will decline and die. This is a very common problem that most people don't know about. Hopefully this was constructive 😉

My thoughts about exercising is that there is so many people that aren’t able to exercise for health reasons or disabilities that I feel selfish just being lazy. I should appreciate the fact that I can! But also it really does just make you feel better!

The bookshelf would be great to move in front of the door as long as if the door is open it doesn't crowd you by the shelving. It would be cute with those pictures against the wall in a collage above it.
I highly recommend a little soft light lamp on your desk top to use for low lighting at the desk and while the downlights are off.
You can run a cord concealment to match the floor to the desk.
If you have an outlet behind the 1 black displays, I recommend getting some LED display lighting to mount inside rhe cabinets at the top. If the shelves are glass, you may only need to put some at the top. It would really make the legos or what you display come to life. Be careful to choose a color temperature that isn't too different than what you havs going on in your space currently. Looks like its currently 3000k? 3500k is in the middle, most close to white light, then if you go to 4000k the lighr will get more cool in tone and lower to 2700k it has more of a yellow warm tone. I would go for a 3500k or 4000k to make the display pop and render the colors well.
So happy to see another vlog from ma fave youtuber!!! Solomon has done a lovely job out the front, it looks so nice and once you've got the plants in it'll look stunning.
One thing coffee related I wanted to ask...does the Nespresso milk frother froth plain milk ie coconut, almond or oat milk that ISN'T the barista version? The one I've got is only a cheap Lidl version but it will only froth up barista milk (it's got added oil I think) and I'd like one that will do plain milk as its cheaper.

yeah, it can froth just plain milk but some do froth better than others - I think my almond milk is the hardest to froth
