The M16 on GTA 3 is a minigun basically. I made tests, and it kills people on 2 shots, and it shoots 30 rounds per second, and the GTA V mingun shoots at 50 rounds per second

I believe in gta 4 their cars are way stronger on guns than the other gta game even gta5 but at least gta 5 is not bad san andreas always stop at 3 seconds except for a heavy gun like an RPG

dude for real you can't do this Lol, gta 5 have more real physics instead Gta4, SA , GtaVC and Gta3
other points its weapons dmg its totally different in each game in addition you can get different bullet type, besides in other some weapons shoot like rapid fire, Anyway theres more weakly points to consider, Shouldn't compare gta v with rest of version bcs thats a big non sense
