As a fellow independent artist let me say this, not just to hopefully constructively criticize infinitum entertain, but to share some knowledge with anyone of us creatives. I've seen a few biopics and fan appreciation videos of Tupac and if you're going to release a documentary, you have to watch and at least emulate Tupac: Resurrection, which to me was by far the best. As filmmakers you have to ask yourself, 'how do I create something about someone we know that no one's seen before?'
At this point I think a movie about Tupac still being alive would be more interesting then watching someone pretend to be him doing the songs and things we already know I think he should be brought back as a serial killer Who only kills rappers on some Dexter type shit
Again, please don't take this the wrong way, or to heart. I'm all for independent artists of all walks of life and I want nothing more for us to succeed, but with the advancements of technology and how accessible the freedom to broadcast has become, you have to put your best foot forward at all times. I advise going back to the drawing board and revisiting/researching that "x-factor" that makes your documentary worth seeing. 46,941 views is saying something. Do better and say more. All the best.
i saw the audition for the real tupac movie, there was actually one dude that looked identical to tupac, but his voice was high pitched so he couldnt play the role lol, they say every one has a twin somewhere
In my Opinion I think they should stop looking for an actor that resembles Pac and also expect that actor to act like Pac, instead they should look for a very good actor to portray his life in proper detail and leave it at that and I think the perfect person to do that would be NAS!!!!!
