Kagame guilt or innocence aside, France has been a sore on Africa's behind for a long time. Former colonies of France in Africa are almost always are involved in some armed struggles, coups and unrest.

seriously...where did he admits about killing Havyarimana?? if u listened carefuly to this video you will see that the answer was given correctly, so pls change the title of this video unless you have an other agenda. I'm not rwandese but on this case i'm on his side. Juge Brierre should first call on France implication in Rwanda..that's the real issue. Thank you

Rwanda has become a land of refuge for hundreds of thousands from other countries. At the same time Rwandans who had left have steadily come back to a warm welcome and assistance.

The problem in Africa is simple! Africans allow themselves to be exploited and it's a horrible pill to swallow. What I do find interesting however is how Mobutu was put into power by western europe and allowed to stay in power from 1965 all the way to 1997 and everything was all good as long as he did what they wanted him to do. But now here is the incident that happened in Rwanda in 1994 when the Hutu presidents plane was shot down near the Kigali airport. Juvenal Habyarimana, had just signed the arusha accords that would have allowed the Tutsi and the Hutus to share power in the Rwandan government, which ultimately would have left the French without a seat. What I don't understand is how can the French and other European countries, who colonialized different countries different countries though out the African continent suddenly say that they had no hand in the chaos when the bottom falls out, and everyone is guilty of war crimes except them! And what messed up is that the African population ( for the most part) eats all of this shit up! African brothers and sisters stop believing in the media, please!!!!!

I'm open to the possibility that kagame was involved in Habyarimana's assassination but the French have much less credibility in this matter so I'll go out on a limb and say Kagame probably didn't have much to do with the assassination. Both forensic and eye witness testimonies support this. I am actually quite amazed at how little shame the French judge has in offering his opinion while staying completely silent about the elephant in the room -France's active role in the genocide
