I had rotator cuff surgery for a torn supraspinatus tendon in my right shoulder Jan 11th, I am 22 years old. I first injured myself in August 2019. It sucks not being able to do the things you used to do like normal workouts and daily activities because of pain. I hope I can get back to normal again. I look for videos of other people who have had shoulder surgeries for inspiration. Thanks for making videos on your recovery, and hope you get healed up!
Hi! No it was not uncomfortable as all 3 of my incisions were not in line with where the strap rested. The only thing that was ever uncomfortable was when the incisions got itchy, but I just ran the back of my nails gently over them to relieve the itch. Clothing was never painful to wear over my shoulder.

Does it hurt or is it uncomfortable to have the bra strap on your shoulder?
