So I think this is my new favorite video. I keep watching it over and over, hope that doesn't sound creepy but I love makeup/beauty and gum chewing so it's the perfect combo!
I agree with other commenters that this is a good video bec its more natural. I just discovered what i have has a name-asmr- and have been checking out videos for helping me sleep. But often the folks go overboard and try too hard. Gum cheeing is relaxing the way people naturally do it, nit chomp chomp xchomp haha. Same with page turning. It wirks best when someone is actually reading, bec you get a more natural experience. And im surprised to find that watching you do the makeup is also relaxing- that is one I didnt know I had. :). Thanks!!

Im actually really excited that ive discovered that theres a whole asmr community because I struggle with anxiety and I think that using these videos as a firm of audio therapy is really going to help me. My favourite thing to do has always been to go to the library and listen to people reading the paper, etc, but you cant live at the library! Haha. But today when my son had a tantrum and my anxiety was spiking I put this video back on in the background and it instantly calmed me. Amazing, really- I feel like this is a God-sent , all natural answer to my anxiety struggles... I just had no idea I wasnt the only one!! So thanks very much (and Ilearned somethung, too- I need to get me one of those pony tails bec I have the finest hair e-vah. :)

If your lip gloss does that you should probably use a different one try something else cause that's not good that might be I'm something wrong with the lip gloss itself
I like the video but there is not that many sounds and I like your technique on how u do your makeup but I think you are really bad at doing a good look for makeup but 👍🏽 to u
+sharon foster Hi :) I do use brushes. Sometimes I feel like using my fingers however. Especially if my skin is not at it's best. ASMR stands for Autonomous sensory meridian response. Various triggers brings on sensations of "brain massages", "head tingles", "brain tingles", "spine tingles." Look it up. You may enjoy it. Maybe gum chewing is not for you :)
