Man, as I have gotten into my later 20's, my way of thinking has become more like yours. I live more a of "monk" lifestyle now, I don't drink alcohol anymore or go to parties, and mostly spend time alone either exercising or learning stuff on RUclips. Sucks that people look down on an introverted or boring lifestyle but I support you bro 👍

I love 2 things about your videos Sena Sama:
1.- How amazingly profound and well explained are your topics such as minimalism, being happy and content with yourself, being grateful to life, the "あるがままに生きよう" mindset that I adore.
2.- The eye candy ... like yeah I gotta admit lol, seeing you in sports clothes is 10/10.
    いつものようにがんばってください!本当にこんなビデオで心からありがとうございました。

Hi Sena. I am JP. I know you don't know me but it feels like I have known you for quite some time. Thanks to your videos, not just you, but I have quite got to know myself more too. It seems like my conscience is talking to me. I am living abroad too (Thailand) and experiencing these things you are talking about in your videos and I really can relate to all of these things. I had realizations the same as yours and some of them are from you. Wow, I should say, you are so mature and I am really grateful I have come across your videos. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Keep on making these authentic contents that are so genuine and sincere. I really appreciate influencers who don't wear masks in front of the camera and show their true selves and talk about their true feelings. I don't know how to thank you more so I went to all of your videos and like each one of them, subscribe and share on my Facebook. You deserve to be known by many, how enlightening your realizations are. By the way, I have an anxiety disorder and had once been hospitalized because of it. And I really appreciate your video about anxiety. :)

I am a pretty introverted person and I have been happy as a clam during these covid months. Back in my 20s I lived alone and it was fine but I did have bouts of loneliness. I couldn't tell if it was me feeling lonely or if it was something in society that made me feel lonely. It was probably both. I felt no urge to travel or buy expensive stuff. I would have preferred needing less stuff so I didn't have to work as hard to sustain my living.
I did eventually meet someone who fell into my life. I will admit for someone who loves living the simply life adding another person in my life did complicate things a great deal but now we are married and have been married for 10+ years. Things have settled down now and she has been a great addition to my life style. These past few years have been the happiest time of my life.
I hope the same for you Sena. Hopefully you will find a person to share your life with.

Hi Sena, I happened upon your RUclips channel and am interested and fascinated by your videos. I enjoy your introspection, and thought-provoking ideas on a number of topics. Your curiosity and in-depth analysis about your life and the things that are important to you really resonates, whether you’re discussing being an introvert, minimalist, spending time alone, etc. I also completely agree with your perspective of developing deep, meaningful relationships with friends. That is absolutely more important than whether you are popular or have many friends. I totally relate with your notion, although I have found that many people are not like us, and that’s fine. I look forward to your continued journey as you traverse your life in Japan. As an aside, you have a soothing voice and speech cadence that is very easy to listen to, and very calming. Thank you for your thoughtful videos!

Waking up early is much more than simply being awake while everyone is sleep. You're fixing your circadian rhythm and getting work done when there's less distractions. From an ancestral POV, we weren't up til 1am checking our phones, we would be sleep when it's dark & then wake up with the sun. Just a perspective - I still stay up late many nights admittedly.

But it is so peaceful to be that way. Not complicated. Easier to do things, to be somewhere, to not be constantly thinking about other people. Hi Sena,
Do you eat enough protein to maintain your muscle mass?
I eat a gram of protein per kg of body weight but you don't seem to eat alot but look pretty fit, I'm curious what your lunch and dinner food is.

Hello. I am writing to you from Spain.. What words do you use to say thank you when you have finished eating? Is it a Japanese custom or is it linked to Buddhism? Thank you for your videos.
