Tsukiha is the cornerstone of this clear, with -115 fire res (with Starmade Lance), Kaleido to change a unit's element to fire, and an EoT that restores statuses to counter the sleep inflicted by the enemies.
I was initially using Pizzica over Aisha, and based on the low DMG done, I thought Colette was necessary for this and would need a lot of RNG to win. But after adding more type res down debuffs it became clear that she's replaceable with any mage since I was overkilling. So I removed a lot of DMG gear and added gear that reduced RNG instead. Colette is not optimal here, the best replacement would be Eva, you wouldn't even need pain grasta or debuff ores or any RNG. Could make a no RNG version of this clear with her. I didn't feel like changing my gear on Eva so I kept using Colette. Colette also has very low base INT for some reason, only 191 INT.
I don't know how much type res this boss has, but it has to be a shitton. I used -115, -60, -50, and -35 res debuffs. The Starmade Lance on Tsukiha actually ends up increasing everyone else's res debuffs instead of decreasing them.
You don't really need the 255 units in the backline, all they do is share extra prof debuff res grasta which is actually unnecessary with a more optimized setup but I didn't feel like changing the gear.

just to confirm, the starmade lance will add 15% to any kind of type debuff , whether its a general type debuff like milla's cloud pierce, or an element specific one like kid's red needle? (assuming they could use lances of course).

Yes, I haven't tested it with a general type res debuff yet, but that's what is expected. Note that the type res debuff has to be from a char skill according to the description of the lance in the status screen. There aren't a lot of chars that are a good fit for this lance. Miyu and Ewella are other notable options.

I did this long ago so don't quite recall. I'm seeing PWR/INT debuffs on Lavoger so I probably used debuff ores, you can check my equipment setup video (in description) to confirm.

The boss doesn't have any type res buff right? shouldn't it be capped at 100% type res debuff?

The 10 StarProtect stacks it has each provide an unknown value of type res up AND a 10% DMG reduction barrier. You can see the description of the stacks in the video when I go through the status screen.

​@@CognitiveMango Definitely not the issue. I've gotten in 8 attacks total before time runs out at full piano-speeds before AF runs and he gets 16 in the video. The discrepancy shouldnt be that big

Well, sometimes higher speeds can mess up an AF, so I suppose you can try using my speeds. Wiki should have the speed ranges. It's relatively rare though. What I think is more likely is device differences causing lag.
