Nvidia still sells gaming GPUs (except the 4090) and H20 (crippled version of the H200) to China. Chinese tech startups would prefer Nvidia due to performance and a richer software ecosystem. China would prefer everyone to use Huawei's Ascend GPUs, but it has low yield, bugs, and doesn't have the ecosystem Nvidia has. Luckily, China is just urging people to use Huawei rather than having an outright ban. If there was a ban, China's AI growth would stall and he (person, company, country) who masters AI will dominate the world.
Nvidia still sells AI GPUs to China, a smaller amount since the sanctions forced Nvidia to weaken their tech. This is major news, indeed recently Nvidia's share of Chinese profits was actually increasing.
I don't think that China is playing the political game here. It is serious about its indigenous chip industry in order to be independent in technology from the US.
USA sanctions Chyna then few years later will blame them for overcapacity 🤣🤣🤣
US is not allowing selling to China so actually no news.

*CHYYYNA!!! CHYYYNA!!! CHYYYNA!!!* 🇨🇳
16% of nvidia revenue is from China.
used to be higher, before the export controls weakened Nvidia's tech.
Used to be 30-40%
Still sold out
it less important already , think the g42 and south Asia is take over the china market
Don’t buy from market, black markets are fine.
Huawei is providing world class AI chips. Why will china buy sub standard Nividia chips
Chinese government and US government are in sync now and they are doing the same thing.
Decoupling is wonderful for both countries.
Obviously Nvidia can beat and raise EPS with forward guidance on small [12%] revenue from China.

prepare for market crash next week
CCP has in house chips☠️
Yeah, no they don’t….China can never make the best chips
@@thehonesttruth8808 don't say never! This story has been repeated for many time such as space station, jet engineers...
