Very helpful-still slightly confused but feel like I can muddle through it. My son bought this game for like $80 and I had no desire or patients to play. He's had it for about a year now and has never played I feel bad so I figured I'd surprise him and give it a shot. Thank you
Missy Weidner . good luck. Don't get hung up on getting everything perfect. The experience alone with ur son when his eyes light up every time he kills a zombie will be worth every penny.
KillerMini's no problem, I just got the game and am trying to learn and I thought I remembered that from the rule book, so was just trying to clarify. Thanks for the videos, after watching I'm ready to play
That's your choice. I do the best I can whilst offering a free product. I have never claimed the video's will be mistake free. I do however strive to improve with every subsequent video.
BTW. There are no such things as 2 Handed Weapons in Zombicide, kind of. You can ready two weapons but you have to choose One to use. If they have a dual wield symbol and are the same weapon name you can use them together as one action. So, you could imagine it as a 2 handed weapon if it has no dual weild symbol however, there is absolutely nothing against the rules stating you can't have another readied in the other hand. Ie... you could use 1 action to swing the great sword then spend another action to shoot the bow. hope that helps.
No Problem. We've all been there when you're trying to learn a game, it can be frustrating. It's always good to take in multiple sources of information. The rulebook, video's, blogs... and I highly recommend BoardGameGeek rule's forums too ( takes a bit of work to find your answer tho).
I've had this game for ages (got it as a gift) and just didn't take the time to play it. Thanks for these vids!
Glad you enjoy it!

A the double spawn the zombies didn't get spawned in the original place (the room).
When spawning the zombies, wouldn't you be in the yellow phase since at least 1 member of your party had progressed into that phase?
William Reed yes they would be correct. I've been meaning to do a redux of this series to eliminate errors.

William Reed awesome to hear..have fun!!
how come you are chosing who start the turn? should you not be using the first player to act token?
I am using an exclusive "Skull" first player token during this video series :)
can't finish it the sound you make with your mouth every 5-6 seconds triggered me at some point.
Got the same problem. Dont eat candy while your recording. Its annoying
also you can't use a bow and a great sword, cause they are 2 handed weapons. and I'll be looking for a better channel to really learn how to play.

Thank you for clarifying. Sorry I was rude.

He isn't using them both. He has them both passive in the slots (left and right) but chooses before each combat what he will be using and for what.
