Theres something to be said for those who can even finish a race like this because of the physical state of fitness one needs to be in.Also, you have to know how to operate a machine that's trying to buck you off every single inch of the track you ride going as fast as you possibly can amongst everyone else who are trying to be the first one across the finish line.Untill you actually get out there and see what it takes to put yourself up there on the podium, you'll never really appreciate what this sport demands from the human body.Theres not enough space here to fully explain everything a single lap requires to finish let alone a complete race trust me,I know.Much respect to all who participate and even more for those who have given it all and payed the price.
You got it Gregg these guys sure have to have skill bravery impeccable timing, not for the faint hearted, I couldn't do it, wish I could but great to see
Dude, I was in reallly good shape, hiking in the white mountains a lot and lifting and I had a sport bike so could ride bikes, My buddy took me to a cAsual log riding road with some easy single track and log rods for like an hour. The next day my entire body has never been so sore in its life, I could barely get around that day. Always watch Moto and supercross but this gave me them the upmost respect. The tops guys must be some of the fittest people in the world.
