However in saying all this yes i know the point still stands that there are preds out there that also have multiple charges and still get less than 20 years which is still a lack of true justice

20 fucking years? Yeah like what he did was blatantly wrong, gross and fucked up but 20 FUCKING YEARS? That sentence is more disturbing than the crimes themselves.

The guy was doing break and enters 😂 another dumb comment 😅this wasn’t just about feet wtf 😅 did you forget breaking into a place that isn’t yours is a crime
@@Zola_6 Of course not dummy. With any crime there is a range for the sentencing for a reason. They consider the classification of the crime as well as the severity. Burglary is always wrong. But within a burglary there are many different levels of severity. This one was pretty low. Unless there is context missing that shows he is more of a danger than presented, this was a massive over-sentencing.
I’m with @BillyBob on this one! No “super professional” would’ve put a suspect in the front seat, let alone discussed his sexual fantasies & behaviors with him as a co-conspirator! While the youngish man deserves a strict Corrective environment & a “lesson” on burglarizing hotel rooms, on battery/assault of defenseless victims, a state hospital should have been adequate confinement, weighing the harmful effects. 20 years’ confinement is truly ridiculous, given the way far more violent offenders are offered pleas, sentencing reductions, probation & parole for far more serious crimes. It’s understandable that law enforcers are under no obligation to be “honest” with felons while they question them. But Direct Sexual/Power-Playing Aggression on the part of an officer is an offense too far. He should appeal the sentence altogether on those grounds, under the condition that he has NO contact with women’s feet or footgear for at least 10 years’ time, under bi-monthly psychiatric assessments for as long. He didn’t develop his “fetishes” in a void environment, nor overnight. Officer Jenkins is in need of further police training, and a re-orientation as to why she chose a law enforcement position. To sustain Systemic Injustice/Racism by toying with her own suspects, or to enact a just application of “the law?” If it’s not important enough for her to take it seriously, what specifically, is expected to compel anyone to take her seriously? Of course, if she’s not to be taken seriously as a police officer, flip-flops and in-person phone sex with handcuffed prisoners will do just fine.
It's probably because it was 8 years for each of two victims. This was more like one year oer victim, 20 victims. If you assault multiple people, it multiplies your charges by every victim. 20 years isn't based on severity of crimes usually, it's actually literally just how many charges and multiplied for each victim. So if someone k!lls one person and gets ten years, someone else could grab 100 women's butts, get a 3 month charge for every assault, 3*100 is 300 months divided by 12 is about 25 years. Not because grabbing ass is worse than murder. Because he grabbed 100 people's asses and the murderer only had one victim. That's just how charges work.
20 yrs for feeling on feet is ridiculous when a serial & severely violent offender got 15 yrs for kidnapping, raping, chopping of a 14 yr old girls arms off, stabbing her & throwing her off a ravine, left for dead. Something is very wrong with our justice system!
IIRC that was in California in the 70's when they were incredibly soft on crime. Then in the 80's tough on crime policies became popular, probably due to cases like the one you mentioned (that guy ended up killing a woman when he should have still been locked up for what he did to that girl)
Doesn't make his sentence wrong either. He assaulted women, broke into their rooms and did things without consent. 20 years IS justice for that. Other crimes do need harsher sentencing, yes. There have been plenty of cases of injustice in people's sentencing. But this? This ain't the crime to try use as your rhetoric for "20 years for this but not this??"

@@Zola_6 Of course not dummy. With any crime there is a range for the sentencing for a reason. They consider the classification of the crime as well as the severity. Burglary is always wrong. But within a burglary there are many different levels of severity. This one was pretty low. Not sure I'd want to shake his hand 🤣
To sustain Systemic Injustice/Racism by toying with her own suspects, or to enact a just application of “the law?”
If it’s not important enough for her to take it seriously, what specifically, is expected to compel anyone to take her seriously?
Of course, if she’s not to be taken seriously as a police officer, flip-flops and in-person phone sex with handcuffed prisoners will do just fine.
@@dashofawesome64 how 😭😭😭
20 years is kinda crazy. I've seen people get 16 years for a double homicide.

Every sexual assault or sexual battery should get this much prison time.
@@HobbyOrganist the original comment does not say that murderers should get less time than those who commit sexual assault. they are saying that every sexual assault/sexual battery charge should carry a heavy sentence like this, and I bet they would also think that murders and serial rapists deserve longer sentences too
Touching a foot is not sexual assault nor is it sexual battery.
@@justincook181 touching someone who doesnt want to be touched is definitely a crime, weirdo
True, but impossible to know which ones are legit and aren't. There are prob. far more made up S.A. charges than anyone knows, imho.
@@justincook181 He admitted he was touching them for his sexual satisfaction. On top of that fact he literally forced his way into their homes. I'd say that's plenty evidence for sexual assault/battery.
My older brother died right next to me as he was driving me around showing me his first car that he just bought at 16 and a drunk driver hit us and we went off the highway and the car flipped 4 times the lady only received 1.5 years probation and home confinement and my brother nearly decapitated with 13 year old me 27 yards from the car laying in my blood and this clown somehow got a sentence 10x worse than her. ( TO THE GUY WHO SAID I USED THIS AS FLEX TO DEFEND THIS MAN YOUR HONESTY A DISGUSTING PERSON WHY WOULD I BE USING THIS A FLEX MY BROTHERS BEEN GONE FOR 5 years I had to graduate highschool this year without the person who walked me into my first day of kindergarten and you think that’s a flex? I go to therapy 5 days out of seven to help me silence the noises I heard my brother make as we both got air lifted to a hospital )
Praying for your healing. God bless you.
dear gosh, that's insane! I'm sorry for your loss and that you've had this happen to you, especially so young, that's not fair. I hope you can heal ♥And I know it won't bring your brother back, but the drunk driver will eventually get the karma they deserve. They're not gonna live a happy life.
@@Dionysus-3 My sincerest condolences to you and your family and everything y’all are going through!
Holy hell, dude, I'm sorry! That is genuinely effed up.
Wow! I can't even imagine how hard that has been for you! That isn't something one just gets over". That's with you for life! I am *so sorry* you had to experience that!
The dad seemed to not care that his son broke into several rooms and did weird shit, he needs to be investigated too lol wtf
20 years!?!?!?!?! THATS INSANE.
Wow! He got sentenced to an incarceration period worse than murder in some states! The detective really put him at ease talking to him. Well Done!
Yeah i guess after this guys with this problem probably wont try this on adults anymore they will pry on the children to get lesser sentences great message without a doubt... WELL FUCKING DONE
The guys Chris Hanson catches mostly get probation and at most a year or 2 in jail, like this is fucked up but 20 years is wild
Yeah if Chris Hanson caught him, he'd be telling him to have a seat 😂😂😂
This guy is 10x creepier than that fraudster claimed to have ever caught
@@TheTranceCartelso he was given an extra 15 years for looking creepy?
If you have to be reminded to not touch strangers' feet, you should be locked up somewhere alone.
The questioning and transporting officer is probably one the most professional and articulate officers I’ve heard. I would guess besides years of experience, she has a formal education in psychology and/or extensive training in behavioral analysis. We need more like her in law enforcement.
Absolutely. She was so awesome. 👍😎
Kind, understanding, compassionate, easy going and I'm sure made it so much easier for the suspect to open up about his crimes. Props for giving her credit! Up young lady.
I DISAGREE.
If other predators were held to the same standard maybe we wouldnt have so many people being released after 5 years for doing things to children
While I absolutely agree with his sentence, why is this a 20yr crime but my FIVE TIME pedo neighbor has never served longer than 2yrs? His 5th offense was only 60 days.
That's depressing. I hope the community knows about him
20yrs is totally overkill for this. Nothing to agree with there. His attorney absolutely sucked.
Holy crap 20 years, he must’ve shit himself
The guy is a menace, but holy shit
A better question is why hasn't your neighbor "accidentally" slipped and fallen into your wood chipper? Don't own one? They're not terribly expensive. We could start a crowdfund. Just sayin'....

Whooooo!!
Thank you EWU!! I have been looking and waiting for the next video and we get two!! 🎉❤
Where are we going?
20 years is crazy. The dude needed mental help. With a sentence like that, he is done for. Bro was honest and clearly wanted help.
Lol, they have feet in prison.....
He had every opportunity to get help, instead he broke into other peoples dwellings and battered them.
@@Brian-bi4yjcope, it really isn't that big of a deal. He didn't hurt, kill, or abuse anybody. You ppl are soft
@@440-fishermandrock8 I found the guy with the foot fetish lmaoo
He'll be rubbing Tyrone's feet in prison.
Jeff Sokol is out and about and this guy gets 20 years? Alright, US. Do your thing.
20 years in prision for burglary when possession of 10lbs of fentenal is 5 years?
He's progressing. There was a serial killer who followed this same pattern.
@@dinabaughman8731 Do you think he can't be rehabilitated? Sounds to me like he has a serious problem and need help. Five years in prison with some serious mental health intervention makes more sense to me than 20 years flat.
@@cortster12 no, he can't be rehabilitated and it's so stupid when people have this argument. Do you understand what he did? He broke into women's rooms while he knew they were asleep, proceeded to get off to touching their feet and then fled the state after he realized he would be wanted. Not just that, but for years he had been wanted in our area for stealing women's shoes from their porches. He was likely following women home, stalking these women for some time, and then if they left their shoes outside he'd run up and take them. He doesn't have a serious problem and need help, he's beyond help. He knew what he was doing was wrong but he didn't care, he's been doing this for years or did you miss the entire part where the Police mentioned how he had previous interactions with Police in the local area for this shit?
Maybe he has some priors?
ETA: 4:35, apparently he does have some priors.
@@timothyhhthose priors were nothing worse than what he was charged with in this video
It's just baffling how this guy has a nonchalant "Oh it's just this silly thing I do" attitude about it
Edit: Can't believe I need to clarify this for some people replying. The problem isn't that he's into feet, people can have whatever kinks they want.
The very obvious difference is that he *broke into a house and touched these women against their will*. Anybody who is into kink should know damn well that consent comes first. This person doesn't have a "kink", he's just predatory.
Cause his parents let him think it’s no big deal. That dad was a creep too
Worked in a adult store, seen plenty worse. But "he who is without a fetish, cast the first stone".
Look what people are writing in the comment section of this video and you'll understand. Most of them are saying this was unfair and nothing too serious. Sick world we live in.
Its FEET. it's no big deal. Anyone who says so needs to grow up
@@JuuxrI fail to see how its SERIOUS. Its feet, grow up
ive seen murderers and child molesters get way less time in prison! our justice system is so weird, what he did was fucked up, but I think 20 years is a little harsh for this. Once again im not sticking up for him, or for what he did, but im really confused by our justice system sometimes.
I was thinking the same thing and most people dead to me the crime he did was creepy absolutely but maybe should’ve been like a year in prison and it may be a couple years of probation after that. 20 years for this just seems bloody, ridiculous especially when there’s murderers who get less time than that an actual child molesters.
Getting a xero barefoot shoe ad during this video was wild.
