That was a brilliant presentation in the most simple language Kirtan & Usha. The slides are amazing, but could be made more illustrative to catch the eye. Extremely well suited for Mom & Pop investors, especially those who are Senior Citizens in addition. ❤

Good content. One small change, ask your presenters to pause after a slide is described for 3-5sec so that it doesn't seem you are interrupting too much else the interruptions are annoying to listeners

- In last 30 years, Market has fallen every year by a quantum of greater than 10% barring only 3 years ( in which it also fell)
- Kirtan thanks for pitching in and adding the data around market doubling between 2004-2008 even after huge drawdowns
With this context, i think multi asset allocation funds makes sense. As they will have taxation of equity and we will get benefit of all asset classes. Kirtan, What do you think?

You need term insurance between 10-20 times of your annual income
Mostly focused on one asset class.. ideally they should have. Shared a ideal asset allocationn as well

this is fine but please give a practical example of how to make a portfolio of lets say a crore accross multiple asset classes and where to find them how to invest how to regularly monitor etc. this is only surface level gyan, off a very limited value
This video is only focusing on why asset allocation. There are videos in the future which will talk about building a portfolio
