Now that I think about it, Toffee's finger truly doesn't belong here because with all of Star's meeting with him, she never saw his finger. So technically, it shouldn't be in her memories. Everything was something she knew, like the goat and all her ancestors. But she never once saw Toffee's missing finger.
This is a great theory, but wouldn’t she have remembered seeing the PICTURE of the finger? Unless she never pay that close attention to her mother’s tapestry. She didn’t even recognize Toffee when she first met him
1:43 Notice that at that point Glossaryk probably knew that he was going to die, and came out of the portrait for good. And that’s why he wasn’t in the final portrait. Because he came out. And maybe the reason why he was so unnerved at that moment was because he knew
I need to rewatch SVTFOE properly but I got the feeling he was "outside" time. He made the first wand, talked to young Toffee (maybe even multiple times, since older/present Toffee says something like, "Only I know how this ends"), and accepted his fate in Cleaved.
_thatsthatsthatsthethingthatdoesntbelongbelongbelong..._ I mean what's a disney show about a princess without a little *spine-tingling nightmare fuel* now and then?
After seeing the show and its finale, I can't really blame Chauncey for wanting to relieve himself on Solaria's stone. That woman had issues, and it badly affected her kingdom.
Guys, Toffee is wearing Mewnie skulls as shoulderguards, note the symbols on the cheekbones, and one of them has the same design as moon, sister maybe, parent?
You know what doesn't make sense to me even after wasting hours thinking it over? Toffee is *immortal*. You'd think that he'd have been able to recover from something as simple as a Beam Spam from a dinky little magic wand, and just shrug it off and regrow back a severed finger. Or maybe his Immortality isn't all its' cracked up to be unless the entirely of his physical being is Complete.
This episode foreshadows that Queen moon and star was not part of the butterfly lineage. The thing that doesn't belong is tofee's finger and Queen moon. Which is true because the newer Queens are not Part of the Royal bloodline, they're descendants of a peasant that was given the opportunity to hold the wand and be a queen of mewnie.
So... the wand can change its form with the time? A wand with a fan, a sword, an umbrella and then, again a wand. Also there are different symbols in it with every user: A diamond, a lightning, some kind of eyeball, and a jewel with a heart. The actual have a star... redundant. Is hard to belive that every one of it is the same wand. Is not supposed that the wand was passed to every generation in her fammily? ... Whatever, is more than obvious that Star and Toffee are related, and Eclipsa is involved.
If I remember right, in the first episode when Star gets the wand, it changes shape to better fit her personality. It was the wand Moon had, but then it became how it is now, minus the broken star.
Since everyone already said about the wand, i think a better question would be: Who is this girl similar to Star at 2:20 and the Canyon (Adventure Time) style like lady at 2:43?
Asriel Dreemurr The first girl is Usagina Butterfly, she loved to dance, as shown in her tapestry. And the other is Festivia the fun, the most difficult thing to realize about her is that the wand is her goblet.
I feel like the ones she mentioned were the most important like Celena the Shy = Celena & Marco share the same Cheek Mark Shapes Solaria the Monster Carver = She was Eclipsa's Mother AND created the Solarian Warrior Armies Eclipsa the Queen of Darkness = She was a mysterious character who we ASSUMED was evil just everyone else in the magic dimension BUT had a MAJOR role in Season 3-4 where she turned out to be MISUNDERSTOOD. Moon the Undaunted = Of course SHE and TOFFEE had a conflict history with other when Toffee put Moon's mama in a wooden nightgown! You know, they, uh... T-They put her on ice. Uh, drapes down in funtown... Uh, sorry about your mama Moon.
@@miatheitgirl Oh the last part is basically how I'm explaining Toffee killed Moon's Mother; and the part I said "When Toffee put Moon's mama in a wooden nightgown! You know, they, uh... T-They put her on ice. Uh, drapes down in funtown... Uh, sorry about your mama Moon." is basically what Mina said in the episode "Moon the Undaunted"
Eclipsa ran away with a monster for a lover. What if Toffee is their kid and he wanted the wand destroyed because, as an illegitimate child, it would never be his legacy?
I think it's more like he was born before Moon but can't take the throne because hes physically a monster. So he challenged her for his birthright and she defeated him. He wanted the wand destroyed because it's the only thing standing between him and the kingdom. Note that when it was about to blow he smiled. He knows that he will regenerate and thinks that the Butterflies will no longer have their most powerful weapon.
I saw a video that explained something else I never thought about. The wand Ludo has is a skeleton hand that's MISSING ITS MIDDLE FINGER. (Just like Toffee) And he hears WHISPERS from the wand? The WHISPERING spell? Perhaps the spell Star used didn't destroy the wand, by split it. The wand still works somewhat and so does its other half. Maybe the spell lets a person enter the wand and whisper to the user. Just a thought.
the tafistree that glossryc was stuck in at the end was supposed to be of Star I can tell because it shows her shoe next to glossryc and you can see mini narwhal in the side so it is probably drawing a tafistree of star which will be sowing it's self while star is getting older. what I think the tafistree might show is a important moment of stars life
for example it shows star's mom fighting toffee and eclipsa marring a monster and it shows the war one (sorry idk her name) fighting a lot of monsters and the shy one (idk her name also) she kept secrets from her people so that means stars tafistree might be really important moment in her life or a important thing that she did in her life
Oh man I haven’t watched the show in a while. I forgot how dark this show can get lol that reminds me of Amphibia, it’s super lighthearted sometimes, but it balances all that out with some really dark moments whereas gravity Falls and owl house are usually just dark in general, but they usually never hit the level of darkness in the other two shows
Ah yes the episode that totally breaks the series ending, thanks to the Star we follow from her entertaining the wand is a magic memory clone. Oh and before someone tries to deny this I want to point out a few things, 1. From the moment she wakes up in the wand we already see Star a far ahead of her going down the mountain and we see a few other cases of Star’s ahead of ours afterwards. 2. One of the Star’s ahead of her gives hoodie Star information she didn’t already know. 3. It is openly stated that Star herself wouldn’t know the difference if she was a magic clone or not. So basically the original Star was over taken and replaced with a exact clone with only one minor difference, she’s made of magic. So yeah destroying magic should make Star poof too because she was a magic clone, which might mean that the sudden cutoff at the end was due to her proofing.
