That ex union pacific diesel on the point of that short line train before 3751 was something i wish i could buy.
I have this movie in my collection. It's one of the bestest ever from this production. I've seen both 4449 and 765 at Train Festival 2009 in Michigan.

I remember 7081 coming to Iowa Interstate almost like it was yesterday. Hard to believe it hauled the last Jitong Railways steam hauled passenger train on December 8th, 2005, and she was built in 86’ just one year before my Dodge D150 was built! China never really let go of steam power, it held onto it well into the 2000’s! I salute Jitong Railway for giving us 7081 and 6988, they are well loved and cared for on my home road: Iowa Interstate.
Last Chinese steam was built in around 1984 had a great advantage plenty of coal and cheap labour Th Q 1 class were a modern loco and lasted welli to the 2000s

With the 3751, if they had a limit of 25 MPH and they wanted to work the locomotive, the helpers could have gone into dynamics to help work against it so it can keep working with power.

I have this on DVD, however my version only had 765, 4449, and 844. 844 is the only one not shown in this version. Glad to see some Nostalgic videos to me is on RUclips. I also have “Western Steam” but mine is called “Ghost Steam” and the Nevada Northern is shown first instead of 618. And I got Cavalcade.Of Steam, if “Strasburg Railroad” and “Cumbres and Toltec” being the only 2 railroads featured then I think mine is unchanged. Yeah I pretty much get weird DVD’s that nobody gets.

The only train ride I can really remember was running from San Diego to San Francisco, was when it hit we hit a car in LA, when it tried to beat the train to an intersection. We arrived about 5 hours late to our destination. I saw the scene of the accident first hand, since I was in the 11 car….that how long the train took to stop from about 60mph to zero. Saw the body
….to continue, the man died at the scene, as I noticed his actions from my window. He was only wrapped around the head, stretched out like he might have been on a cross, but only had a cloth wrapped around his head….look like it took him about 10-15 minutes to pass away. We had to wait until the Coroner released the train…and they weren’t in any hurry.

How many steam engines are there?
In 2009, I thought back and forth whether to attend Train Festival in Owosso or NRHS Teen Railcamp at Steamtown. Sure in Michigan, I had family that lived close by to stay with, but I'm forever glad I chose Railcamp. The memories made during that week are ones that will last forever.

I think that’s No. 4460 you may be thinking of. It looks similar to 4449 due to sporting the same art deco look but it’s a different class called GS-6 whereas 4449 is a GS-4 and doesn’t share the Daylight colors
