    Love these videos! Being countercultural let's go! This type of content needs to be more present in the Christian community. Can I ask Ally what traits made Gabe most attractive to you throughout your relationship? Thanks, also I think you two should also do a video on living sold out for the Lord even in the waiting! Maybe you have already and I just haven't seen it yet...

      We are so glad you enjoyed the video! Countercultural living is definitely crucial in today's age.
      There are some videos on the channel that give insight into what was most attractive about Gabe. It's a lot to write in a comment, so here is the link. Watch at the 6 minute mark:

      You're right, a video on living sold out for the Lord during seasons of waiting would be incredibly helpful! We'll definitely consider that for future content. Thank you! God bless you!

      Pray for him and ask for wisdom to be a witness for him. Pray for strength for yourself as well. Philippians 4:13

      I'm so sorry to hear you are facing this. I know this can be difficult, but I want to encourage you that God is with you. God sees you. And He wants to strengthen you. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due time you will reap a harvest if you do not give up. God has guidance for you in 1 Corinthians 7:
      "And if a believing woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to continue living with her, she must not leave him. For the believing wife brings holiness to her marriage... Otherwise, your children would not be holy, but now they are holy. (But if the husband or wife who isn’t a believer insists on leaving, let them go. In such cases the believing husband or wife is no longer bound to the other, for God has called you to live in peace. Don’t you wives realize that your husbands might be saved because of you?"
      Also in 1 Peter 3:
      "In the same way, you wives must accept the authority of your husbands. Then, even if some refuse to obey the Good News, your godly lives will speak to them without any words. They will be won over."
      All of this to say, your godly character is more influential than you realize. Continue to be patient with your husband and give him the save grace that God gives you. I also encourage you to prioritize your time with the Lord, as this will bring you strength and help you not to feel alone in your faith. I hope this helps! Praying for you sister🙏

      Don't nag, pressure or preach. He must see the peace & joy of Christ in you. Stay prayerful. It's not easy but you will grow closer to God.

    Don’t put your faith in politics, because the world is gonna do what the world is gonna do, regardless of who you choose to vote for or choose not to vote at all.

    I have a few challenges in my own relationship. 1: I rededicated my life to the Lord about 2 years into dating. my BF seems to be on that path but maybe at different stages, so it seems fair that I give him the opportunity to grow further and not cut it off too soon. 2: evaluating if we are unequally yoked seems very judgmental, how can it not be that way?

    • @allyandgabe
      @allyandgabe  Месяц назад +4

      Hey Allison! Great question! First of all though, congrats on rededicating your life to the Lord! That's amazing!
      I would ask God to help you to discern whether or not to stay in a relationship or cut things off. God sees more than we can and sent us the Holy Spirit to be our helper.
      You can definitely give him the opportunity to grow further, but it is crucial that he wants to grow for himself and not because you want him to.
      I know evaluating may feel judgmental, but it's all about the heart behind it. If you are analyzing the relationship from a heart posture desires to have a godly marriage and wants to honor God's will for your life, you can rest assured that you are doing the right thing.
      At the end of the day, it's best to let God be the judge, and you can know His judgments by what He says in His Word. For example, God does not judge by the outward appearance, He looks at the heart. That way, you can judge things righteously. I hope that helps🫶

      The world is taking the judging thing out of CONTEXT. It's ridiculous. My advice is to let your boyfriend go. He must seek Christ without you right now. I'd bet you slept together as well. Soul ties. I'm not JUDGING. With love, I encourage you to be chaste. Seek Christ wholeheartedly. God will arrange your marriage. Wait on Him.

    Ally is it bad to be around people friends that might not know God even when i tell them i be doing a little bit of bible studies with them but i dont know know what to do i any tips

    • @allyandgabe
      @allyandgabe  20 дней назад +1

      Great question! Friendships with those who don't share your faith requires careful consideration. Have open communication, set clear boundaries if they are participating in ungodly activities, and don't be afraid to share your faith with them. Seek support from other Christians and focus on your relationship with God first and foremost. These friendships can present challenges but you also have a precious opportunity to share the love of Christ with them✝️💟

    Christmas is not biblical.

    • @allyandgabe
      @allyandgabe  20 дней назад +5

      The Bible doesn't explicitly mention the celebration of Christmas. However, many Christians celebrate Christmas as a time to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, which is Biblical. We celebrate Jesus as the reason for this season✝️🙌
