look, they are the same, but (متعود = Mit'aw'wid) is in the Syrian dialect, while (معوّد = Mm'aw'wad) is in the Palestinian dialect note ( The Levant dialect is the dialect of the counties : Syria, Palestine, Jordan, and Lebanon) There are slight differences between them in terms of pronunciation, but they are very similar, and speakers of these dialects can easily understand each other.

the verb means (to wake up) in the present simple
and the noun means ( waking up)

صحا، يصحو is also a standard arabic word that means to wake up
