I know of a good spot if you head down the road surrounding the north runway and as you pass Canada post employee parking there is a yellow gate where you can park and you climb the hill to the top and you can see the north runway fully and as well good for takeoff and landings for the naked eye and camera's + no fence!!

What lens are you using?
Flare isn't as effective if you do it after touchdown...
