Features:
When traditional dryers work, due to the static nature of the raw materials and insufficient penetration of hot air, only local heating can cause the raw materials to clump and block, making it difficult to achieve a comprehensive drying effect.
The design of our equipment is a two-stage spiral conveyor. The first stage quickly transports the raw materials into the barrel, and the second stage continuously lifts the raw materials to the upper end of the barrel, throwing and scattering them in an umbrella shape. The hot air is blown away from the center of the lower part of the barrel to the surrounding area, smoothly penetrating the raw materials from the gap of the moving raw materials to the bottom and up for comprehensive heat exchange.
Due to the continuous rolling of materials in the barrel, hot air is continuously transported from the center to achieve synchronous mixing and drying, saving time and energy.
If the drying function is not required, simply turn off the hot air source and use only the mixing function.
