That's crazy but not uncommon something was said to Wynonna Rider when she was casted as Veronica in "Heathers" apparently she wasn't pretty enough and "didn't have the face for those types of roles.
Tbh that is a shitty thing to say….but genuinely, I can’t think of a movie that Lucy Liu starred in that was a great film or that she truly stole the show or stuck out in. At least not something that already isn’t full of other big names like Charlie’s Angels or Kill Bill. And she doesn’t actually have range. It doesn’t exist. I like Lucy, by the way, but…. Oof. Realistically, she never had a great role/performance that someone else couldn’t easily play. Maybe one day she’ll link up with a producer/director that’ll give her the opportunity to be more than a rental blockbuster name. Or not typecast the hell out of her.

You need to watch the pilot episode for the TV show from the late 70's. The series was a cultural success. It starred Farrah Fawcett, Kate Jackson and Jaclyn Smith. They were cops who left the force to be private investigators for Charlie, who they never got to see. Bosley was their connection to Charlie. Culturally, Farrah became a big star, and her poster became the best-selling of all time. Women had the Farrah haircut, which created a whole genre of cop-type shows with beautiful women carrying guns.

As a Finn myself (well.. half finn from my mom's side and spaniard/spanish from my dad's side) I find it so cool their secret language is finnish! Drew's pronunciation is actually pretty good! She is good friends with Jimmy Fallon's wife who has a very finnish last name and has finnish roots so I don't know if she knows from there but she is pretty good in this clip in my opinion at least ;). When I was growing up in Finland nobody knew where it even was and thought it was in Russia 😂. Also Tolkien was inspired by finnish and welsh in his books , funny fact that maybe you already knew ;). One of his languages was inspired by finnish indeed! Also I've had a huge crush on Rob ever since he wore the Garnacho shirt since he's half spanish and me too although I think he considers himself more Argentinian! Haha 😅. Still that's so cool and as a huge football fan (yes, in Europe it's football, not soccer!!) it was the moment I was like very cool! 😊 (although ofc I'm a Spain/Real Madrid supporter, not England.. but still 😂).
