I keep making your masala upma all the time. It's my absolute favourite and now I can't wait to try out "that beetroot recipe" too! I'm sure it'll turn out to be amazing. 😍❤️ So much more power to you! Your "What I eat in a day" are always going to be my happy place. 🤗

Hey Saloni, the recipe in Gujarat has a different ingredients but the process is the same:- mix, steam and add tempering. It is called Muthiya. We make it with wheat flour+ Gram flour+ methi/lauki instead of sooji. Rest is the same. Also after tempering for Garnishing we add sesame with coriander leaves. We can experiment as per our palate
Saloni Didi, The food you cook and eat always seems the most delicious. My mom and I recently made cabbage roll dumplings. We may bake cookies today. I love you

I loved the way you reuse those fibers. I am always against having juice because I have to throw away the fibers as it is very good for our digestive system but this is a great idea to utilize them. I never thought about this. Great input!
