I literally received that exact chair yesterday, down to the red stitching. Didn't think to research it on RUclips before buying, but I'm happy to see there are so many videos from people who love it!
Great review! Had it for few weeks. Had no problemms just the seat was reall hard but getting better. Had no squeaks until now. Not sure why but when using the recliner the chair is sqeaking now. What do you think. ?
Can you tilt it "forward" from the default position, so that it's in a 90 degree angle? The seat in default position is definitely angled a bit upwards. I think ergonomically optimal would be 90 degree flat angle on the seat.
hey there. thanks for the great review. I'm looking for a chair like this, i'm roughly your size, just a bit shorter and i'm worried about the bolsters on the backseat. can you feel them clamping you on the sides or are they spaced enough? cheers
I'm thinking of buying Kaiser 3, Secretlab Evo Titan 22 or Noblechair Hero...which one is the best quality for long term? Since Noblechair is from German...the quality is there i believe...
@HardOCP TV Great to see actual tech related content! So much drama out there. Thanks Kyle. The Hero we needed! Hey, good review! Reasonable price too for the chair too! Keep up the great work! Have a great day, Matt PS Stop reading the instructions, and get to work! LOL!
Yes! Great video, thank you! Here come questions. Lol Do you find that the Icon neck pillow also pushes your head forward? I'm 5'10 220lbs. Is there a clear choice between the 2 for me? Have you reviewed or used the Secret labs Titan? I'm just looking for the best fit between the 3. Thanks again!
I can use the neck pillow with the Icon, but I still did not prefer it. Right now I am leaning to the Hero, but for the $100 difference, I would likely go with the Icon and put rollerblade wheels on it if you move around it a lot like I do. I have not sat in a Titan.
@@HardOCPTV Are you leaning towards the Hero because of the adjustable lumbar support? Are those $30 roller blade wheels compatible with these 2 chairs?
The lumbar support is one thing I really like about this chair. Good support and very comfortable. I will tell you this, both the Hero and the Icon are very firm chairs. Very much like seat in a Mercedes. These are not "cushy" at all. So if you are looking for an easy chair, this ain't it. Great support though. I have herniated disks at L4 and L5. The foam on this Hero is more stiff than the Icon, but it is breaking in and finally taking shape of my ass. :) I could see buying this chair for myself. And yeah, the roller blade wheels are about $25. Here is a set with black hardware and wheels that would go great with it. www.amazon.com/Amzdeal-Replacement-Rollerblade-Standard-Diameter/dp/B07BQNR3G6//?tag=hardfocom-20 And yes, the caster mount size is standard across the industry.
@@HardOCPTV The firmness does kinda scare me, my ass is a little boney these days. Lol Ive only had basic chairs from Office depot that are on the soft side. The one I have now has a completely worn down seat. I have herniated discs as well, L3, L4, L5, I also injured my leg last year and can't walk. I just want the best support for my height and weight without pain, since I sit in a chair for many hours a day. I really dont want to have to make a return, as it would be difficult and a big financial loss. The roller wheels would be great too, since I cant stand up and roll around a lot. Do they make ones that lock as well? What do you recommend of the 2 chairs for my specs? I really appreciate all the help! Thanks!
Hi! You have also reviewed AKRacing onyx chair. Which one you think was better? I am thinking of ordering this one or onyx but can't decide between them...
Hi man, Can you help me ? I really wanna have a nice lumbar support mechanism like in the Hero one not a shitty pilow. But the Hero, is meant for biger/taller people, i am only 1m73. Have you found any good chair with nice lumbar support for people like me please ? Thanks a lot
Bought this chair a week ago. No problems assembling it, however when I look at it from the front the top part seems misaligned with the top, seems like a product defect. Anyone had this issue?
I have this chair. Actually it is the same color and faux as yours. The only downside for me is that it is very firm on the seat. Looking at getting a cushion for it.
i just got mine and hate it already. the front is so high it hurts my legs resting on the rim. I'm 173 and in my usual sitting height my feet cant touch the ground a bit. My table is higher than standart and the lowest sitting height (which is way too low anyway) i still cant full place my feet on the ground. It all would be fine could I just tilt it forward. If I find a way I might keep it ,but this way I really can't. Which is frustrating hence I waited really long for this edition to release. And yes it might be meant for taller people but they don't make any other of these as special edition.
Sadly these chairs are way to firm and hurt the backs of my legs after only a hour or two. Unfortunately I'm going to send mine back as for the high price tag i dont expect to be in pain while gaming
I am sitting in the Hero right now, for a couple weeks, and I am leaning towards the Hero in terms of support and comfort. The Hero has the adjustable lumbar, and that is a big deal to me. It works very well.

I have about an inch of space between the back and the seat when i built it, is it the same for you I cant tell
Can you tilt it "forward" from the default position, so that it's in a 90 degree angle? The seat in default position is definitely angled a bit upwards. I think ergonomically optimal would be 90 degree flat angle on the seat.
wish it could. thats my major problem with it

I've heard that the noble chair icon series is better than the hero series can you guys of HardoOCP TV tell me wich one of them is the best one?
