Nice to have a mature woman's voice on this as opposed to all the covers on RUclips. Got that original movie feel to it. I will definitely be looking into Sandi's work - she's incredible.

I mean, Pentatonix is incredible too. I would say that Voctave is the best choral acapella group out there. I don't know about the best overall...
2:55 - I don't think I've ever heard such perfect pitch from so many vocalists.
+Kirimi 'Elena' Hellgrea They are very similar in talent. Pentagonix is simply a different genre, and our preference for this classical style colors our opinion on the matter. I definitely like Voctave better, but there is no denying Pentatonix's talent. They also excel in percussion, which isn't something to hold against Voctave, but is worth noting.
Jeremy Warren ( I’m not saying they’re not all very accurate and talented ) but for a RUclips video everyone does a little bit of touch up on their videos to make it sound perfect...
John Christopherson for entertainment purposes yes, there's always touch ups. But messing around with their voices digitally does just as much bad as it does good to enhance their voices. I'm confident they sound even better live

I asked Kate (the principal sop.) what the high-end was once. She told me she could comfortably hit the E above High C. Yowsers!
My favourite moments:
0:10 , when she (Tiffany) hit that beautiful, airy high note.
0:18 , when Sandi began singing. She really has a motherly, Mrs. Potts vibe to her voice!
1:37 , another beautiful high note.
2:01 , that rich hum. **shivers**
2:49 , the entire final progression, building into one last high note and a beautiful vibrato. Jamey Ray always arranges these so beautifully. **tears**

She can reach the C above high C! Star Spangled Banner has to be her best. Oh………all her songs are the best! However, I love the Star Spangled Banner best. I love the second verse. Daniel Coz I was just telling my mother how their control is impeccable and their tone is absolutely brilliant. And I have loved to Sandi Patty all my life and I feel like she was a great choice for the dynamic of this song. But I agree, you leave the video remembering the sopranos.

Sanity ...hi you could be in a chorous singing this style of music. Voctave is based off the style of barbershop acapella 4 part harmony and I'm not sure if youre female but if so, the choir to join is Sweet Adelines....and you can practice weekly with them. I'm in an acapella chorous in NZ and I know theyre also all through USA and Australia plus other countries so depending where you live. Wont be the same standard as voctave but its a start!

Voctave all reminds me of the vocalists that sing the Cinderella song during the opening credits of the Original Disney Animated Classic Cinderella! Just mind-blowing amazing one of kind group + Sandi Patty!!! This is legendary!!!
OMG! I went to college with Sandy P. Her voice has not changed a bit but getting better, nonetheless. My favorite performance of her was "Let me Be There" where she sang in the cafeteria and on Friday night's Cheap Thrills. I thought it was Olivia Newton-John singing the first time I heard her. She must have been 17 or 18 at that time. Who knew she would be a national treasure.
Why did I️ ever underestimate that other soprano.. I️ was so used to Kate hitting the high notes that I️ forgot how high the other woman can sing . I️ forgot her name but her and Kate and neck and neck in range 👏🏾👏🏾

Tiffany, who is so fabulous. She also sings in Orlando with the Voices of Liberty at Walt Disney World in the American Pavillion. She is as nice as can be!
Every member of the group has an insane vocal range. Even the basses, as they often sing in the tenor range. I'd bet Kate has at least a 4 octave range, and Tiffany isn't far behind. I'm stuck with a paltry 2 1/2 octaves.

Sandi Patty is an incredible singer..mostly Christian music. Went to a live concert and let me tell you..she’s still got that powerful one of a kind voice. Bless her and her family for being such a big inspiration!

I listened once, twice, ten times, and started wondering if you ever perform "off the paper." If not, you're forgiven -- you're new. Then I heard Beauty and the Beast (off paper!). Wonderful! Philip Jolley When we went to Epcot, Florida in 2015, they were performing in the America section of the world showcase. we were literally crying at how good they were live!!!

The funny thing is.... always when I imagined Madame Pottine as human, I had I similar picture in mind like Sandy Patty looks like. She really fits in perfectly. She glows with the same kindness and warm aura like Madame Portine has in the Disney Movie
Before I posted my comment, I took a bit of time and read many of the other posts. It is good to see so many experiencing this divine music just as I have. The blending, the precision, the shear beauty of it all. The emotional experience builds until that last holding note of low and high sharing an octave. The perfect pitch and balance took my breath away and I fell to my knees in total sensual overload and adoration of these wonderful people. I said to myself, "I thought only angels of God could sing like that!"
