Hey -GN how long would you say it took you to get decent at EZ when you first picked up the mod in the beginning?

it took me like a year of cycling through setting a goal -> practicing -> meeting it -> finding another before i one day realized "oh shit i'm actually one of the reading players now" in like 2013, but 10 years later and i still feel like nobody actually knows how to play this mod

@@minusGN I think its really cool that your skill is such a unique subset because their isnt anyone else that is setting EZHD or even just EZ in the same manner that you are. You certianly have impacted the osu community in an awesome way. Keep up the good work man! I cant wait to see what new EZHD play you're gonna do.

still on endeavour, using pipewire with some tweaks set up by the osu-install script (you can find this on github)

@@minusGN Awesome. I was on manjaro until recently, endeavour was one of my two options to move to, but ended up going Garuda. I love pipewire everything just works.

I wonder how much you rely on these white circles that left after you hit a note? Would you be able to set all your scores without it? Looks like it helps on streams quite a lot

i don't see why i couldn't hit stuff without them, but they're a nice visual cue that increases consistency on medium spaced streams
