When in Rio is my favorite scent ever! I just got the new 76 scent and I do think it’s a bit different than After Hours, but in a good way - the black currant isn’t as sharp and the whip cream note is more prominent. I really like it!

Yesterday though, I was walking around my local Mecca and I saw 48, and was like oh, this is the new one! So I gave it a little spritz and I melted. It was PERFECT! As a teenage girl, I love a fun, sweet, fruity scent that’s also not TOO sickeningly sweet or too powerful. I ended up purchasing the jumbo version. It is now my signature scent. It is my baby.
Sol de Janeiro isn’t a Brazilian company, they’re actually American owned and run and they are inspired by Brazilian culture. I think that’s an important correction to make
I found 39 on ebay and GIRRRRLLLL....it was so disgusting to me I threw it in the trash! However, I'm a VERY gourmand girl. In fact, my favorite SDJ scent is 71. Love it! My second fave is Rio Radiance. I love 40, but it just doesn't last at. all.
