I appreciate how you tell us your thought process when deciding what to put where.
You DO make it look easy! We stayed at an old school motel like that in Deadwood SD last summer that had been completely renovated. It was beautiful! And so nostalgic. I would stay there a million times.

Thank you so much! It is easy to overthink and sometimes I do as well. The video doesn’t always capture the real process because there are plenty of times I step away and return to a layout later. But lately I’ve been telling myself just go with it 😃
I like grid style layouts. So easy to change them around to suit your photos. Love your page and the scene at the tops looks great!

I think the mountains, out of scale with the trees, now just look more like large rocks, which is consistent with a Northern shoreline anyway, so it works fine. 😊

I have so many outdoor photos and sometimes I lose my motivation to scrap them but you jut gave me instant inspiration with that scenery 😍

Hello Phyllis, yes my channel is growing and it’s so exciting! I really enjoy the community. SU does offer incentive trip opportunities like CTMH. This year it is Florida and Disney World.
I love the way you do your journaling. I have noticed that you use this method regularly. Just a quick question about it, do you wait and journal several layouts at one time so you don't "waste" the avery paper or can you cut the journaling out and then use that same paper again in your printer? Thanks!
Thank you! I try to add my journaling as I create each layout. I tend to cut my Avery sheets down to smaller sizes like 4x6 to minimize the waste. When you use a text box you can move it around on the document to control where it prints so you can trim out the journaling and keep using the same piece of paper until it’s to small to run through the printer. I find I end up with minimal waste. Hopefully all of that made sense 😂

Hi Heidi, I'm using a photo album from CTMH for 6x8 scrapbook layouts to store my CTMH sketchbooks but it is no longer available. Many have shared they were able to get 6x8 albums from places like hobby lobby that worked out well.
