Ger heal: 50 seconds cooldown, 54 heal with hamon ALWAYS, long startup
Vamp life absorption: 15 seconds cooldown, ~40 heal (with low hp), broken hit boxes (hitted me when i was in 1-2 dashes away 4 times), low startup, damaging enemy

GER tip:
Beam is an instant move so use it when they are low or anytime like after a barrage for a likely free block break
Another tip is that you can use tree then dash forward for a suprise attack
It's also good as a hitstun move at range if the enemy isn't good at blockin
vamp counter scorpion barrage bait bird
this deals like half hp
life beam of creation definitely isn't instant tho it's not super slow or anything
ANOTHER great tip = to hit with almost 100% you need to jump right after pressing life beam button

Heres a combo for GER + Hamon I found:
Charge Hamon (Full), Life Beam of Creation, Summon Life Form, Summon Tree, Barrage, Sunlight Yellow Overdrive, Barrage Finisher
If it doesn't kill them, M1 them until they die
