T-90M has the same engine as T-90MS. Even new T-72B3M has the V92S2F now. T-90M also has an upgraded autoloader that can use longer APFSDS projectiles. T-90MS doesn't.
Ya this is confusing me. Most sources are stating only 1000hp for t90m but this makes little sense to me as I don’t see how/why the export version of a tank could/should have a better engine than that of the native/indigenous version. You’d think the Russian army would be using the better variant of their own vehicle

A bustle autoloader would be needed to make use of the 18 rounds -- just as in the Burlak program. You could probably increase the ammunition load to 22 rounds in the turret bustle.
Make some sense. Almost forgot to know that the T-90MS is a Export variant. Make sense for other countries to use it like the T-90S for example without the Shtora-1 with added ERA for improved protection while Russia don’t because if they’re fighting against Terrorist with old launchers, then it may help a little bit.
T-90 has always been an impressive MBT. And a very practical, logical weapons system program. Cheaper than the T-80 and more reliable. Glad (if I was Russian) to see the T-80s are being re-engined amongst other upgrades and returned to the active duty force.
I hope they won't, the T-80 is basically the heavily modernized T-64. Also is a turbine engine absolutely stupid for Russian climate and distances. If you like to see the T-80 in a modernized option take the T-84 Oplot from Ukraine, it's basically that's what you are looking for. I'd prefer the T-90M Proryv-3.

This is wrong info. 46.5 tons and 1000 hp engine - is T-90A/S, not T-90M. In reality T-90M is heavier than T-90MS. 50 tons vs 48 tons. T-90M has a bit more armor and other changes.

That's inaccurate. It probably only costs $1.5M to upgrade a T-90A to T-90M, but it is worth much more than that. T-14 has been estimated to cost around $5.5M.

This is wrong info. 46.5 tons and 1000 hp engine - is T-90A/S, not T-90M. In reality T-90M is heavier than T-90MS. 50 tons vs 48 tons. T-90M has a bit more armor and other changes.

Для маскировки на поле боя такие "лепёшки" очень даже хороши. А вместимость башни? Может и русским танкостроителям перейти от Т--34-строения к лепёшкостроению?

If you have some money you can fly on Jets like Su30 or fire shells from tanks. But its expancive fun. Very. For example Su30 eats 2-3tn fuel for 10 min fly and is costs like 10000$ per 30 min fly or so

No, "Karrar" (the propaganda-model) is just an upgraded T-72S "Shilden", T-72S = export-variant of T-72B, without ATGM-ability and less ERA bricks.
The IRGC show which way the will go with T-72 upgrade.
Anyway, I think they will just build T-90S and/or T-90MS in license, maybe T-90S for the Artesh (regular army) and T-90MS for the Mullah soldiers.
Then T-72S (maybe they will still upgrade them) will be handed over to secondary troops or "gifted" to Syria etc.
