My least favorite release from the series would prolly be "Your Host, Walt Disney" due to it repeating material from previous releases.
As for my favorite one, it's "The Chronological Donald: Volume Four", mostly due to the feelings I have towards it and I love the shinier disc artwork that it and the other Wave Eight releases used, plus the fact it has Mickey Mouse Works cartoons on it.

As a French Disney fanatic, it's really hard to get some of these sets (because most of them are exclusive to zone 1, and nowadays this collection is pretty rare). I have 8 sets from the Walt Disney Treasures (including some Mickey/Donald/Goofy/Pluto/Silly Symphonies and Behind the Scenes at Walt Disney studios). I wish I could get Disney Rarities and Walt Disney on the Front Lines, these are like the Holy Grail to me !!!

It is a shame this series is so hard to obtain. A BluRay/4K re-release is long overdue.

Great video, here's my top five of the 12/30 I have
    5. The Adventures of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit-It's so great to have these cartoons preserved and the documentary about Ubbe is really good.
    4. Mickey Mouse in Black and White volume One-Despite how old these cartoons are there still very entertaining and the set includes the only surviving pencil test from Mickey's black and white days.
    3. The Complete Goofy-Hilarious, that's all I need to say.
    2. Disney Rarities-love these obscure shorts and the Noah's Ark short is very good like you said.
1.Walt Disney On The Front Lines-You know why this is number one.
