I have rewind my washing machine spinning motor and I have used the same looping method that you have shown here but it is heating up my electric motor
What I notice is that the manufacturer's looping connection is different from yours here (that's both the starting coil and running coil has started and ended lead not started 1 and started 2 and the ending lead of the both coils meet together and forms a common lead of the electric motor) and I think this might be the reason why mine is heating up 😞.

There are ways to find motor winding data but none of them are perfect.
A suitable wire size and turns is used when the motor is manufactured at the factory. When we are rewinding the motor it is best to use the same size and turns of wires that were on the motor before
