One of the best videos on this topic. Nice job.

This might just be the kind of pedal I was searching for! I did basically the same thing with my tc voicelive 3 but never was happy with handling and the sound that came out of it. thanks!

Thanks so much for such an incredible video.
Do you know if there's any way with the Line6 HX (or another harmonizer / multiFX unit) to have custom scales beyond just the ones offered there? Also, would it be possible to control some of the key / scale stuff with an externally connected midi keyboard?
Also - weird question - can I have two copies of the same effects pedal in a signal chain on the Line6 HX? I'd like to be able to build a chord and run, say, a -8va, -4, and +8 through different downstream synth effects.

Line6 and Eventide do offer a bunch of different scales, but I think you can only customize them in some of the older units

This looks like an amazing pedal in a studio setting or when the horn player has access to a computer. How does this work in a live setting or when the horn player does not have access to a computer? It seems like you'd need to set up your Whammy pitches prior to the gig, but then you're stuck with what you preset. Probably don't have access to the Whammy pitch slide as well without a computer?

You can change it without a computer. You can change any parameter with the physical knobs of the HX, then press save if you want to keep the changes.

Great info as always but now I am really confused. I was going to start buying pedals for my sax but see how much this can do! 😵

this is a great foundational pedal and has all the effects you would need, but you will notice as you use it that you like some effects more than others. We use it as a piece of the entire puzzle that fills in a lot of the gaps around some of our other favorite pedals

Great info! Would love the possibility to adjust the volume of different voices. (Hedra does not do that) How is tracking compared to Meris Hedra?

      tracking is about the same
