Thanks Dave! I loved the second example you used. Reminds me of the Gore range in Colorado, but on steroids. For anyone who reads this, Dave's methodology is fantastic. I've been a part of his landscape photography school since inception. I use most of the same backpacking equipment that he recommends, and my shooting/editing skills have increased 100% since following his advice. I'd encourge anyone to enroll in his school!
thanks so much brother! I'd love to get into the Gore range. Looks really rugged!
For anyone that wants to join the school, join my email list linked below. I open enrollment every few months: www.davemorrowphotography.com/free-pdfs
Pound for pound you are one of the best of there Dave, from the teachings, the adventures and the images. As always your videos are both informative and motivational
Thanks again!

thanks for sharing...
Thanks for watching!
Thanks Dave. As always, very informative information. Fantastic photos.
Glad you enjoyed it
Keep up the good work, Dave! Always learning something new from you.
Thanks Anthony!
I’m like a kid in a candy store whenever I watch your videos. As a landscape photographer I identify strongly with what you said about the “come down” after an epic adventure; it’s not the great photos for me that get my blood pumping but the sense of adventure and being out there taking the shots. This year I hope to gradually push my limits and work up to 4-night backpacking trips. You are a constant inspiration. Daniel Chui

This is terrific life advice - extends in all directions to any situation where motivation is lacking. Thanks so much for " location, light and color" - taken metaphorically we need all three of those to make our lives happen.
Thanks for the great advice and stories of your adventures!
Love to hear it!
Fantastic motivation video! I think we all have these moments of lack of motivation and it is great to see I am not alone and how other handle it!
I will definitely think about this video on my next photo hike 😊
Thanks! Always find something new that scares you and you'll keep the motivation up!
Dave Morrow, I admire your tenacity and explorations which it seems from most of your videos that you go to some of the highest peaks braving temperature, surroundings and mental stress. Somehow I keep thinking that since the weather is quite cold at high altitudes how do you keep your batteries from discharging and how or what methods you use to recharge them. Definitely you are having the best time of your life and it is inspiring me even at 65 years of age, even though I don't feel my age. I really hope that your images are appreciated by buyers since they are unique. Most photographers don't venture that high constantly and stay that long in the alpine regions of the Pacific Northwest. I will be reviewing and try to learn further the links that I downloaded from this vlog, there is always something new to learn and further any photographic skill. Thank you very much, greately appreciate your kindness. Cheers.
Make more videos Dave! Thanks
On it! Thanks:)
Dave,
you are the best! I wish I were 50 years younger so that I could join you on some of these beautiful trips.
Thank you for providing these videos,
Dave
Thanks Lad. You should come out to one of my workshop adventures! For all fitness & skill levels: www.davemorrowphotography.com/p/under-stars-photography-workshops.html
When in doubt, Black & White it! ;-P
Hey Dave, sorry I have to ask this question here but my hard drive is full and my SSD crashed. So, when I get a new a new pc, do you park your Adobe CC on your C drive or use an external drive. I noted you said in one of your videos that your park your raw file library on an external drive. I'll have to start over with your organization videos to get my stuff back in order.
Programs & working files should always be on computer hard drive. Everything else storage related can go on external. All the videos cover the process in-depth for the exact details:)
@@DaveMorrow Mucho thanks Dave!
@@kathieodonnell6882 You're welcome:)
