he dont lvl up his W early cose he wanta it to start hitting on enemy champion, not minion, also when u upgrade your W on lvl 3 right after the scaarl gets away you will easly get it back faster
You rarely insta lvl when you hit 2 on kled and never lvl 3. Your w is way too valuable to waste and since you can’t use e dismounted there are plenty of times you want to put a point in w second for a better remount.
