Would you know why I can't find the un-remixed version of My Girl Lollipop by Bad Manners. All MP3's I find are the remix version. The remixed versions don't sound like the original release from 1982.

tried to see these at a local pub last weekend but wasn't allowed in as the hosts wouldn't let anyone in under 18 :( still a great band and managed to get a glimpse of Buster!
I can imagine. In one month in the 80's I saw The English Beat AND The Stray Cats. People started dancing all over the place, and the audience was only pursuaded to go home when management informed us that, like Elvis, the bands had left the building. God, what I'd give to be 25 for one day and catch them on a double-bill concert :) Peace, love and sharing joints with strangers ...

My late mum loved this song to the point I done a cd with this one after another about 20 times and she used to dance around her kitchen with my eldest daughter in her arms to this song brings so many happy memories wish she was still here

The original was "My Girl Lollypop" by the Cadillacs. It was written by Robert Spencer of the Cadillacs
