You’re Killing me is a slang in English that means different thing depending on the context but it’s a way of exagération like « Hilarious joke, dude! You’re killing me! » to say the joke was funny. Here it’s to say she feels really good. Also, falling in love can be really really scary so he’s killing her but in a good way
